Very friendly and helpful staff, our needs were sorted out quickly (help with grill), and they advise us where to go for a dinner. We were only using Grafton as a pit stop to get to the coromandel and it ended up being one of our trip highlights. We stayed in the Manuka chalet which has amazing views. Everything was exceptionally clean and organised in the chalet. The chalets are well maintained. The pool was spotlessly clean and the customer service provided from the outset was fantastic. The owners clearly rate customer service as very important and made us feel very welcome. “Special finish to our honeymoon”

What a lovely friendly couple. Rachel gave us scrumptious cookies when we arrived and a delicious filling breakfast. Only sorry we only had one night. Stunning views from this place and fabulous welcoming hosts. Good luck to them in their future.
