We tend to go to this Hotel because it usually ticks all our boxes. We were dining elsewhere (maybe not such a good choice this time as the meal was just ok) but the room was warm to come back to as we had left the heat pump on, and bed was comfy and we slept well. Good breakfast and... More

Stayed overnight for business. Comfortable room that was warm, clean and had all the facilities that I needed. Great to get free WIFI :-). Friendly, helpful staff who advised us to book for dinner as the hotel was I full that night. There was lots of choice for dinner including many gluten free options. Good wine selection and reasonably priced.

We stayed for 2 nights on a package deal, standard hotel room nice, has two sets of net curtains would have got rid of the white ones in the window as room is quite dark, bed very soft and bouncy which might be okay for some people, bathroom had been semi updated, everything was clean and staff very friendly, breakfast... The bed was super comfy, the location was great (very close to inner city shopping centre), the chocolate biscuits were a nice touch, the bathroom was clean and very nice, free wifi always a bonus. The Coachman has two signs - when you come from the city towards it, the first sign leads you to the motel units and what... More

This was my visit for around 20 years to the Coachman and the standard was great. The décor could be described as country English, but it suits the hotel. Certainly my room had a luxurious feel about it, with 9 pillows on the spacious bed and the bathroom was better than most hotels I have stayed at. I would happily... More

we stayed here for two nights and stayed in one of the studio motels and found the price per night very reasonable. the hotel room had everything we needed, kitchen,tv,bathroom. we could use the spa, pool and gym however we didn't get the opportunity due to our schedule to use these. The bed was terrible, it was lobsided and it... More

We stayed here again on their weekend Facebook deal, which included breakfast in the restaurant. The motel unit looked like it had just been remodelled - it was very upmarket. Large room with a comfy bed .We had a back unit, so very quiet. The communal spa pool was empty, so had a good long soak before bed. The maître-de... More

Stayed the first night with our son, wanted a larger room in the motel block so had to be at the front of building. Traffic too noisy. Second and third nights just my wife and I so we moved to the hotel. Cost a little more but well worth it. Much better maintained room, very quiet, nice outlook at back... More

The hotel is okay for a short stay. The rooms are nice and spacious but getting a little old. The hotel is a few minutes walk from the city square and shopping centre. It has underground parking, a small pool and a "gym". The gym was a big let down with some old cardio equipment and 1 machine. I also... More
