My Palmerston North cousins organised a weekend of celebration for their dads 90th birthday and booked the out of town relations in to the Braemar Motor lodge. it was wonderful. Extremely friendly and personal service, right down to her knowing all our names and greeting us warmly every time. The flowers in the rooms were beautiful, a lovely touch. Rooms... More

We stayed one night at the Braemar Motor Lodge in May 2010 and when we arrived this time (Friday 06 September) it had changed hands but Vickie welcomed us back like old friends. She acknowledged our previous stay by upgrading us to a room with a spa bath (this was something we weren't expecting and is obviously subject to a... More

Dear Lara and Stuart, Thank you for your kind words in our guest survey form and Tripadvisor. It is very rewarding as a host to know you had a good stay with us. Never been in Palmerston North, we had no idea where to stay. We drove past Braemar and thought it looked nice so walked in. We were greeted by Vicki who was very friendly and went out of her way to show us around the facilities. The decision to stay was easy to make. We are glad we did. The room,... More

We arrived late in from the airport, Vicki and San waited up for us to let us in. The rooms were very clean, tidy and quiet. The Motor Lodge was close to the airport and town center, easy to find and easy to access. The team at Braemar Motor Lodge could not have been more accommodating, providing local information and... Our family of four stayed one night at Braemar while touring the lower North Island. From check in to check out I couldn't fault the place. Great customer service and the units were spotless. We had two adjoining units (1 bdrm and studio) as the 2 bdrm unit was booked. We will definitely stay again when visiting Palmerston North.
