Everything was very clean and we were pleasantly surprised to find they provided laundry detergent and dishwashing liquid in the room. The management might be new - certainly the front desk was very disorganised, with one person not knowing what the other had done. All the staff were friendly. Stayed at the Resort for my husbands birthday. Was warmly welcomed at reception by the lovely staff. When we got to our Room if was lovely. Just what the Doctor ordered for rest and relaxtion. Just next to the beach close to wineries and very relaxing waking up to nothing but quietness. Would recommend to anyone. more

When we arrived we found a nappy left from previous guests in the apartment. Spa was moldy. Curtains and lounges was dirty and full of stains. There were no Shampoo. There were no electric blanket. Stayed here in winter 2005. With family in 2 separate apartment rooms. We were disappointed with the standard of these rooms.This is supposed to be high end accomadation. This resort is in a great beachside location 15 minutes drive from Margaret River township and is ideal for long weekend breaks.
