We book the Governor's Quarter which can accommodate up to 8 persons and stay for 2 nights. This is a wonderful and cozy place to stay. The whole quarter gives a very English feeling. There are 2 bedrooms and 1 attic room cum 2 beds on the upper floor. We can cook our meals here as there is a fridge,... More

Great location, a little old and tired but clean . We stayed here for Australia Day long weekend. Noisy you are able to here the other guest in rooms above but it did suit our purpose and is very close to town. Found the staff average if not even a little unhelpful.

It was just a room to drop our bags and sleep, and it literally was JUST that. One of the strangest room configurations I have ever experienced. It was a twin share room in a converted attic space, two single beds each in their own confined spaces and each with a door opening out to the wrap-around deck. The bedrooms... More

A great welcome in reception set the scene well. We took rooms 1 and 2 on the ground floor with a shared bathroom joined to both. Really comfy and quiet rooms but only a very short distance from the centre of town. Love the central lounge for residents to use. If you want 'just another hotel' this is not for... More

I stayed in the Boatswain Quarters. Some things to note: the good: Location was excellent, a short walk to town and grocery stores. Hot water came on very quickly and the shower was nice. Bed was comfortable. Front desk woman was very nice. Not so good: It's pricey for what you get in the room: the couch is right next... More

I stayed at Admiral Stirling Inn which has an old style feel from the outside but is fine inside. Lovely basic accommodation, comfortable room, ample facilities, friendly staff, great location. It's located at one end of the Margaret River town centre and is close by to the Margaret River Tourist Information Centre, petrol station, Swings and Taphouse, an art gallery,... More

Well located, about 10 minute walk to shops, restaurants and bars in town. My wife and I enjoy cooking, so we made good use of fully equipped communal kitchen and BBQ area. Rooms are very clean with AC, beds comfortable, rooms equipped with bar fride and complimentary coffee/tea, bottled water. WiFi works fine. TV may be too small for some.... More

We enjoyed our 3 night stay here last Dec. The location is just perfect with a short walk into the centre of town and the many shops and restaurants to choose from. It could use a little maintenance but nothing major and we would stay here again. PROS: Location in the centre of Margaret River Comfortable & clean rooms Free... More

This place has a lot of charm (which some may interpret as oddities) but I have to say that's what makes it fun and quirky. The first night, my ac was out and I had to sleep with the windows open (which normally wouldn't bother me except for the fact the windows of my room opened to the second floor... More

The inn is well located at the corner of the city area, so it was both quiet and accessible. We stayed in Cabin 1 and 2 - two double rooms connected by a toilet. It was comfortable and clean! Best of all, they have a fully equipped kitchen and we cooked up a storm for dinner (we bought grocery from... More
