With already staying at one of the chalets previously, i was over the moon when i found out my boyfriend was taking me here for the weekend. Upgraded to the 'homestead', the house was absolutely amazing, you could control the temperature to each section of the house, the beds were like clouds and the ambience of the area just incredible.... We stayed for 3 nights in a one bedroom chalet. We loved the location, close to everything, so it allowed us to revisit our favourite places. Sitting on the back verandah looking at the bush was our favourite aspect of our stay. Its very private, and we walked to the lake area which was also lovely. Kitchen setup is very... More

We stayed for four nights. So peaceful and quiet. A great chalet and we stayed in the Splendid Wren. There's a nice Kitchen with everything you will need to prepare a meal. The bed was very comfortable and a King size. It's in a great location and close enough to Dunsborough, Cowaramup and Margaret River. It was so lovely to... More

We stayed in The Homestead from Mon 4th Aug to Fri 8th Aug. I planned this as a surprise for my boyfriend's birthday, so he was overjoyed when he realised this was where we were staying. The house itself is amazing and HUGE (a bit daunting as we share a 3 bed apartment with 3 other people at home so... More

What a special treat to stay at this beautiful location. The advantage of feeling away from it all, yet nestled in the heart of the Margaret River Wine Region. Instant welcoming feeling as soon as you arrive and the rooms are comfortable and inviting with all the amenities. Having use of the bikes at the chalet and the fire by... More

My wife and I stayed at the Little Eagle lodge for our honeymoon in June (2014). The resort itself is beautiful and easy to find. We were able to go straight to our lodge which is nestled off a small track in the wilderness. The lodge itself was lovely and we were glad we picked the room with the spa... More

Whisked away by the boyfriend for what was to be a birthday surprise, I found myself lost for words as we pulled up at this breathtaking rural retreat. Upon opening the doors we were greeted by a beautiful forest sound track, adding to the character of the tall wooden beams, towering above you as you sit around the log fire.... More

My husband and I needed an escape and came from the Hunter Valley (NSW) to find it. This place has all you need to get to unwind mode. The ambient music and fire were on when we unlocked the door - the rain gently falling, we unpacked our goodies, opened our wine and fell into chillax mode. Thank you Janet... More

We stayed in the 'Sacred Kingfisher' chalet and it was nestled in the bush so perfectly, not another building in site. Had visitors from the resident possums and saw other various wildlife on a night time bush walk. The staff were very warm and friendly and made our stay extra special, as this was where my boyfriend became my fiance!... More
