Good, clean room with a comfortable bed. Good meal at dinner and breakfast. Effecient and hospitable staff. Only let down was the bar which was "out of stock" on many of the beers and wines on the menu.

I stayed here for 2 nights and the rooms are very nice. Large king bed which was extremley comfortable with great pillows as well for a great nights sleep. A very large bathroom with a great big spa bath. I did however try to run a bath on the second night with no luck as the water that was running... More

On a recent work trip a colleague and I stayed in a suite, room 27, which had a fully equipped kitchen, dining and lounge, 2 separate bedrooms each with an ensuite and a total of 3 flat screen TVs. The beds, Doonas and pillows were very comfortable, lots of towels, and good shower. Overall it was clean, roomy and very... More

I have stayed here on a number of occasions for business purposes. The rooms are large and well appointed. The steaks in the restaurant are some of the best in town. The pool is inviting and the fact that the hotel is located in the quieter side of town makes for a relaxed stay. Only negative I would have is... More

Very comfortable King Room. Huge bath although never used it, huge shower space. Ample towels, very big and think. Excellent facilities in the room. Ate downstairs and the meals were very well priced and a great menu. Service was very professional at both the hotel and restaurant. Definitely stay again if in Kalgoorlie.

We arrived with friends to stay for 2 nights & was greeted by a lovely friendly young lady in reception who advised us to join their free Priority Guest Rewards. This had immediate benefits including a free upgrade, welcome drink on arrival and 20% off all food and drinks. We had rooms upstairs which was a little effort to bring... More

Oh wow, the dream beds are fantastic. I was staying at the Rydges for a wedding and all the other guests were also raving about the comfortable beds. The rooms were huge and service friendly and helpful. The wedding function was fantastic - the food was fabulous and my son has special dietary needs and his alternative meals were fantastic... More

When we arrived to check in, we were greeted by the receptionist a little unenthusiastically who was quite brisk and certainly did not smile or seem friendly. Having stayed before we knew where to park and how to get to our rooms. When I got to my room there was no complimentary water which from memory was supposed to be... More

Rydges is a modern hotel, probably 15 to 20 minutes walk from Main Street; $209 (£110) for room, no breakfast. Very large room, nicely presented with food prep area and microwave. Very large bathroom with very large shower and very large spa bath. Comfortable bed with soft bedding. Overall a comfortable experience, probably best in the town but certainly lacking... More

Dear Jabjaw, Really great to get your feedback and we are actually in the process of 'prettying' up the exterior gardens with the appointment of our new gardener Ripley. The Rydges Dream Beds, certainly are great and I bought one for myself at home! Which anyone can do @ Rydges.com Kind Regards Edward Brennan More

We spent three nights at the Rydges in Kalgoorlie, which is an oasis well secluded from the red dust of Kalgoorlie and Boulder. The best part of this resort is the attitude of the staff who are all friendly and very helpful. It feels like a "home away from home" and would be one of the best accommodation houses in... More
