Family of Mum, Dad and three young ones under nine. Cabin - best "fold out" couch I've seen. More of a modular set up that two of the children ended up sleeping on - firm with loads of space and additional linen provided. Two single beds in a loft upstairs. Double bed downstairs adjoining lounge area - comfortable. Good shower,... More

The pool was easily the highlight for this park but it ends there. The cabin was dirty, carpet stained and rubbish left from previous tenant. The lawn area behind was unkempt and the veranda unswept with lots of dust and cobwebs. Proprietors here need to lift their game, as this was easily the worst accommodation of our trip across WA.

We recently stayed in the park with our 3 young children (1,4,6) on a drive through site. We were very happy with the park facilities - very clean ablutions block, camp kitchen was clean with good facilities. The staff were very helpful providing us with nearly all the information that the tourist bureau did. The park is located close to... More

Comfortable chalet (1 QB room, 1 room with 4 bunks) at a good price. Park was undergoing grounds work and renovation. Chalet was comfortable, very clean, a little older than some but decor had been freshened up and was well equipped (flat screen TV etc), very good A/C. Good value for Kal/Boulder given the 2 bedrooms. OK size for short... More

A bit barren and dusty park, but most are probably the same. The cabins were clean and fresh looking. Some renovations occuring at the moment so should look good soon. A fair way from the centre of town but close to the Super Pit.

Stayed one night in a Swiss style chalet. The staff were very helpful and welcoming. Although a bit dated (like most places going across the Nullarbor) it is clean and has all the amenities required (kitchen, shared laundry etc) at a good price. Would happily stay there again.

If you want to hark back to the 80s, then this is the tourist park for you. Quaint little chalet but that's about it. The place was filthy, cobwebs everywhere, carpet grotty and the oven, which looks like it was purchased in the 80s, had so much filth in it, it started to smoke when we used it. The scary... More

We stayed in an a framed Swiss style chalet that had 5 beds, but was the perfect size for our 4. The staff were fantastic, friendly and very helpful. The chalet, pool and grounds were all clean and well kept. included in the price was a massive cooked breaky at a local pub, which saw us through til dinner. Accommodation... More

This park advertises itself as a family campsite but when we stayed there the park is dominated by long term mining personnel using it as a permanenet works camp. The swimming pool was closed - due to damage in the earthquake in 2010 but was not stated in any of the advertising. We were told this was about to be... More

I stayed at the Discovery Holiday Park Boulder for 3 nights in September. The place was easy to get to with plenty of parking. The place is secure with you needing a swipe card to access the property by car. Our check-in/check-out was easy with a very helpful staff member behind the counter. The staff in general were always helpful... More
