It was great overall, not cheap but not overly expensive, we certainly enjoyed the room, it had everything and the view was fantastic, we actually had a glass of wine on the balcony and enjoyed the sunset and just looking out across the foreshore to the port.

Central handy location is probably the best comment I can make about this place. Service wasnt great. Place is incredibly run down and very little attempts have been made to revamp it, theres no sound proofing between the rooms - so could hear conversations, coughing etc etc all throughout the night. Have stayed here three times. Pleasant hotel with free drink on check in. Would prefer owners maintained the facilities better. Rooms clean but very average. Location can't be faulted. Rear rooms not great. Ability to charge local restaurants to room handy. Staff have their moments.
