Wouldn't recommend this place, for the same price, you could stay in Geraldton (this place was 10-15 mins away). The cabin we had was old and outdated, it smelled like an old persons house. We had to walk outside to use the communal facilities which were also outdated and not the cleanest. They also seem to be understaffed at reception.... More

A very well positioned caravan park, near the beach and close to the way in and out of Gero. A bit O/P for a powered site for Geraldton, really. And not impressed that we were charged full price for a 2nd night when we only wanted to store the van there. Were told there were no unpowered sites? Would have... More

Stayed one night in the "Motel" style accommodation on 2 December. Room was neat, clean and compact. A bit on the small side but for $90 for the night we were quite happy. Staff were friendly and helpful. Advertised as free internet which was 50mb and by the time I logged on to my iPad and started to check my... More

We visited for three nights and stayed two nights in the larger two bedroom cabins with the ramp as we had a person with a wheelie walker. It was booked for the next night so the staff gave us the A frame two bedroom right next door so not far to move. We used the washing machines and found the... More

Booked 2 nighs at the Sunset Beach Holiday Park but extended it to 3 as we liked it quite a bit. Had booked a site a couple of months in advance and upon arrival we were given a lovely site where we actually could see the ocean. The site were also adjacent to the campers kitchen and close to the... More

Very nice Caravan Park, friendly staff. Sites are good size. Camp kitchen is one of the best we have seen, clean and very modern with 2 stainless cooktops, microwave, large clean fridge, big screen tv and comfy lounge as well as pool table - It was a comfortable spot to sit out of the wind (Geraldton can get quite windy)... The powered sites are spacious, the toilets and showers are ok but hopefully will be renovated in the off - tourist season as they look tired. There are two excellent fully enclosed camp kitchens with modern facilities. One has a large TV and pool table, the other has a very nice outside deck. We used the laundry but found that... More

We had an ensuite caravan site in this park. The sites were quite spacious, with a concrete pad next to the van. We extended our stay from 2 nights to 8 nights. The beach was an attraction, though on one day there was a lot of seaweed to deal with. For those who wish to go to a clothes optional... More

We stayed recently for 2 nights on the way to Kalbarri at a powered caravan site. We chose this park mainly because it was a Big4. However, we found that it didn't seem to cater for holiday makers with lots of semi-permanent workers in the Park at the time we stayed. This detracted from the normal casual, holiday feel you...
