The Surfside Holiday Park is an ideal location for RVers & campers. My wife & I had travelled from Portland en-route along the Great Ocean Road, Victoria towards Sydney. The holiday park is close to attractions, restuarants, clubs & hotels for a variety of food. The Holiday Park has excellent amenities and the park is well maintained. I highly recommend... More

I have been staying at Surfside for nearly 20 years. My family or I have stayed in all of the cabins and even tried camping one year. We love the caravan park, the playground and the closeness of the beach. The cabins we usually stay in were being replaced by the chalets and although the price was nearly doubled we... More

Hello and thank you for your review. Our new Beach Chalet cabins were designed to be different in appearance to our existing cabins. They are located in our prime sites right next to the main swimming beach on Lady Bay Warrnambool. I thank you for your other comments as they are valuable feedback for our on site staff. We are... Stayed here at the end of April 2013 for 4 nights with my husband whilst on our caravanning trip. Absolutely massive park!! Lots of sites to pick from and lucky for us, it was extremely quiet at the time we were there so the staff were happy for us to drive around and pick our site ourselves. We barely had... More

We stopped here on a travel holiday and the staff were able to move our booking around a day early to accommodate our plans. Lovely grassed sites. The toilet block near us was wonderful, big, hot showers and clean when we used it. The camp kitchen area is AMAZING. The laundry was sufficient with lots of machines and tubs. Pricing... More

Camped here with a toddler and baby and the grounds are absolutely beautiful. So much space an extremely convenient, right on the beach, adventure park across the road and a short walk to the town centre. The facilities are fantastic and very clean, with showers/toilets and laundries located in several places and the camp kitchen excellent. Highly recommend and will... More

Camped here in on an unpowered site in early February, We travel on bikes with tent and swag. Very busy, huge park. Toilet block always seemed unclean and was not well maintained. The location of the park alongside the beach was good However, I don't think we'll be staying there again due to the size of the place, the number... More

Camped here in on an unpowered site in early January. Very busy, huge park and was almost completely booked out. Toilet block always seemed unclean and was not well maintained. The location of the park alongside the beach was great and close to the summer activities such as the night market, fairground and lake. However, I don't think we'll be... More

We stayed here for 3 nights recently, with 2 other couples, all in caravnas. Booking this was a nightmare - booked 2 of us onto the same site, did not allocate the payment to the third site, referred to us by our surname and not our first name yet it was in the previous 12 emails, then received a very... We previously stay here during Easter 2011. For families such as ours with four children it is rare (and a bonus) to not be charged extra for each child. The park is very conveniently located the beach, bike/walking path, Flagstaff Hill and the centre of town. Lake Pertobe (and the adventure playground) is very easily accessible from the Park. The... Rang prior but told plenty of sites so just rock up. Arrived around 1.30pm Friday and the huge sign said NO VACANCY for any kind of accommodation. Panic! Went into the office and was told don't panic there's tons of sites, cabins etc. Asked for a site close to bathroom and the lovely young girl did exactly as asked, thank... More
