I stayed here for one night on a work trip. I had all of 10 hours in the actual place, most of that spent sleeping, so I cannot comment on some of the extra features. However, I can say the bed was VERY comfortable, the water pressure was great, the hot water was nice and hot, and everything worked as... More

This place is a perfect base for any trip. Clean and modern with lots of parking, it was a great place to stay. With food close by and access to the local gym it felt like a home away from home! I didn't have the breakfast but my colleagues said it was really good and affordable. Good value for money!

The room was very spacious and was spotless. The bed was comfy with lots of pillows and there was a nice size lounge car in the room. There was adequate car parking, so we didn't have to worry when we got back to the room after going out for dinner. It's in a nice location, within walking distance to the... More

I stay here regularly for work and love it. The rooms are spacious and clean with great amenities. The town centre is within walking distance, so is nice parkland. It is one of the few places that I look forward to staying at. Room service is good. The only suggestion that I would make is that there be a pillow... More

Stayed here over 2 weekends. Absolutely spotless, excellent staff, laundry facilities, swimming pool. I could not fault this, it was perfect for our stay. I've stayed in 5 star hotels that weren't as clean as this. Very welcoming staff who bend over backwards to help you - they even dried some of my washing for me!! Congratulations to Butch and... First time at this establishment I was impressed by reception, very switched on and helpful, ticked all the right boxes, parking for our large showroom, excellent. Rooms on ground floor suited myself and two other Reps, clean and very modern, bed, bathroom perfect so I personally would have no hesitation in staying again.

My partner and I stayed here for a Friday and Saturday night we booked an 'executive deluxe spa king bedroom'. Very excited departing for our weekend alone only to find we were paying close to $500 to stay on a ground floor? We brushed this aside thinking the room would more than make up for the disappointment of not having... More

Thank you for your review however in this case we would like to respond. The only guests that stayed with us in a spa room on a Friday & Saturday night in August front facing on the ground floor were charged with a "cleaning surcharge" of $250 for smoking in the room, leaving ash on the window sill and left... Bitterly disappointed with the whole 'experience'. Stayed for the weekend and attended the 'High Tea' For people wandering.. dont waste your time. You would be better off attending in Melbourne!! It was terrible, the staff where 'rushing' around doing nothing. The Tea was cold, and was huge delays in getting anything to drink, was only offered a small number of... More

In reply to this review - I accept this review as a compliment because of the lengths the opposition go to discredit this function so we must be doing something right. After investigation we found that this person did not stay at the motel and it is obvious that it is a deliberate effort to discredit our function. With all... More

This is my 2nd stay at BOA, and i had a ground floor room this time. The room size is excellent, as is the bathroom. The rooms are well appointed, and it's obvious that a great deal of thought has gone into their design. Alannah who answered my emails responded in a timely fashion, and she is a friendly person... This is the third time we have stayed at Bridges. The facility is new and very well appointed, with quiet rooms, fitted out with a mini kitchen for breakfast and important for us self controlled airconditioning and heating.
