Spent Australia day here hot day 35 in the shade, the awesome pool and grounds are a true oasis. Room was large and clean good tv and bed comfy. Nice and quiet no crowds just how we like it. Worth the trip from Melbourne for a change of scenery. More

Just returned from another little getaway to this resort. Our family has been coming here for the last 20 years. We love this place. The room was clean, the pool area was great but restaurant was not open for dinner. This meant we had to find something in Swan Hill. The staff were friendly and tried to help but they did not have information on local attractions. More

Swan Hill was lovely but think twice about this time of year for travel nothing much was open for meals including the Motel, we booked with full buffet breakfast included but no chefs about so was only continental and no evening meals available. The Swan Hill Sport Club provided an excellent value meal. More

If I had young kids it would be fantastic, great resources at hand for them with the pools and mini golf, close to the river and waliking distance to everything in Swan Hill. I found the TV controls annoying to the point of frustration - but am happy to concede it was just me on the day. And the staff were happy to help. This is a newly acquired under the Accor group and has great facilities and potential. Our recomendations are to update the bathrooms, bigger fridge and include DVD/Bluray players (especially kids room). Staff were very helpful and kind. Would definately stay again. More

Great location, just 2 minutes walk to the Pioneer Settlement, rooms were like new condition and very clean. The staff were excellent, they went out of their way with every request we made. The only fault we found was the free wifi Internet was not working. We would stay here again with no hesitation. More

The staff at this hotel are amongst the friendliest and most obliging you could ever meet which made up for the rooms which although they have had an recent attempted aesthetic overall are becoming a td tired especially the bathrooms that feel a bit seventies. I have stayed here a few times over the past twelve months for business, pretty nice place, large rooms, some rooms are definitely better than others. Very clean, the pool is a nice green area and much better than your average country motel. Staff are efficient and not intrusive. More
