Room was comfortable, large bathroom, everything spotlessly clean, if a little on the old side. Don’t be put off by the purple coloured buildings and oldish appearance. This is a comfortable place to stay on way through Swan Hill. It’s a little out of town, a few minutes by car to restaurant to etc. but easy to find. Warren was kind enough to move us to a room with a quieter aircon(newer unit) as it was an extremely hot evening. And when I accidentally left earrings and necklace behind he rang me and offered to post it back. The room was equipped with basic crockery, a microwave, toaster, etc, and there is a fuller guest kitchen for those who prefer to self cater. I would have loved to use the pool but it was not as clean as usual to a staff members absence, that was my only disappointment. This is a very good value motel.

Room Tip: Parking easy, right outside units. The highway was a little noisy at night but nothing extreme,...

This hotel is the first you pass on the road from Bendigo. It is extraordinarily good value for money, and the room was incredibly well-maintained. The room had all the necessities and a comfortable bed. You could back your vehicle up to the hotel door, which allowed for easy transfer of luggage. The room is cooked by an older style box air-conditioner which, on the higher fan settings, can get a bit noisy. The bathroom is straight out of the 1960s but is very clean and well-maintained. The town is about 2 km away from this motel, making it a bit far to walk. If you are passing through town, this motel is worthy of consideration.

The room was beautifully clean and comfortable. It had a microwave, toaster plates, bowls and cutlery The towels were very white and thick. Plenty of teabags, coffee, sugar and milk provided even biscuits. Thank you Warren and staff we enjoyed our stay very much

A warm welcome awaited us here. Check in was easy and we were able to park outside our unit. The room was a good size with a sofa plus table and chairs. The bathroom had plenty of space too. I love mugs instead of little cups and this motel did not disappoint. The room has a microwave, toaster, kettle, crockery and cutlery. All good if you have been traveling for a while and want to make your own meals. A real bonus is the guest kitchen if you want to cook something a bit more extensive. The rooms are serviced every day but you can ask for no housekeeping which we prefer in this Covid climate. The bed was comfortable and WiFi good. The motel is not right in the heart of town but it’s only a very short drive so not an issue. We would definitely stay again.

We based ourselves here for two days while visiting the Swan Hill area. The family room is on the second floor with a nice view of the pool area from the balcony. The property was clean and comfortable but it is a little dated. The staff were very friendly and go out of their way to ensure their guests enjoy the stay. The facilities are good with a guest laundry and an outdoor dining area. The biggest winner for us was the pool. Clean and well maintained it was the perfect cure for 42 degree heat in the afternoon. Would return to this property.

Good efficient booking and check in but no Covid registration. "the boss won't have it". Given the situation at the time, and we're older so very cautious, this was unsettling. The tv in our first room didn't work so we were cheerfully and efficiently moved next door. Comfy and roomy, good bed and linen, but very dirty coffee cups (replaced with apology), stains underneath crockery in the drawer, not very clean cutlery. We couldn't wash up as there was detergent but no sponge or brush or teatowels. Excellent space for parking our camper trailer.

I feel really bad I dont know the name of the hosts of this lovely motel Ive stayed at many times while working at Swan Hill. I usually get the queen suite which has a really comfy queen bed, couch, tv (tho I rarely use so not sure about quality), small dining table and chairs. It also has tea/coffee, small fridge and microwave and cutlery etc. Shower has really good hot water pressure and the room has both heater and electric blanket. Online booking is really easy! Hosts would ask me when I finished work so they could heat the room up before I got in. Very thoughtful, approachable and kind! They also have a bbq outside tho Ive never used it. Its an old motel but kept very clean and tidy! You also get some nice sun rise views some days. Only downside is that some nights Ive stayed there you can hear trucks drive by throughout the night but it really depends on the day. Would definitely recommend and stay at again :)

I found the staff very friendly & helpful Had a 4 night stay & van right against the lake’s edge, can’t get better than that. It’s a curiously shaped park having 2 lanes of sites stretching around the lake but it’s great Only drawback is the road noise & distance the toilets are away
