We stayed here for 4 nights and found it a very friendly and comfortable place to be. Catherine the new owner is very friendly and nothing was too much bother. The rooms are spacious and the bathroom too. Very comfortable king size bed and nice quiet air conditioning. All the restaurants and other attractions of St Kilda are very close,... More

DO NOT STAY HERE. It's a long story, but that is the moral of it!! In the beginning we were welcomed by a friendly staff member Susanna, who helped us to the room with our bags. As we were the only guests in the place we requested to see another room as the pictures (on trip advisor) were deceiving and... More

Wonderful old victorian house, beautifully decorated: mixture old and new, art and fotos. Perfect breakfast and very special home roasted coffee, Catherine gave us perfect tipps for exploring not only Melbourne but also the surroundings, easy to reach the city by tram, location is also perfect for a run at the beach, St. Kilda - lot of restaurants

We stayed here for 3 nights in mid October after spending a month in Australia and before heading to New Zealand. It was a wonderful way to spend our last few days in Oz. The B&B is in a beautiful large historic (but current) and comfortable home in the suburbs of Melbourne and in the hip district area of St.... More

A beautiful property 10 minutes walk from the beach in St.Kilda. Our room was tastefully decorated, clean and very comfortable. The bathroom was very spacious and stocked a lovely brand of amenities. There was a fridge and tea/coffee facilities. We enjoyed an extremely comfortable stay. The host could not do enough for us, with advice about the local area, ordering... More

We stayed here in February 2014 for four nights, had a wonderful time and have no reservations in recommending this super B&B to others. Our room was clean and the en-suite was well equipped with lots of eco-extras thrown in. The B&B is ideally located to give good access to the city, its surrounding areas and the sites we wanted... I politely requested a room and said my 28 month old toddler would be staying with me and was told we could not stay as they didnt know if he would sleep through the night. Apparently they only want to cater for people with no children or special anniversary weekends. We would be out all day and my son has... More

A very comfortable base for our two day stay in Melbourne. The house is based in a quiet residential street but only one block from tram lines and two blocks from the sea. Comfortable bed (one of the few places we stayed in Australia that offered a super king size bed) and clean well appointed en suite shower room. A... More

We stayed with Catherine and Bob over Christmas 2013 for a week. We wanted to try something a bit different from the large hotels and we found a real gem here thanks to trip advisor recommendations. We stayed in the "red" room and were extremely comfortable. The room was not huge but absolutely fine. We loved the breakfasts which included... More
