I travelled on business to Quest East St Kilda each week for the past 6 months. The staff were very accomodating, always very friendly and highly professional. The room's are spotless and the beds are comfy - I always had a good sleep! Highly recommended.

I took a spa room on the groind floor. Reception was friendly & helpful. The large bathroom was well appointed & spotless. Only issue for me was limited mobile reception unless outside. Ok for calls but not data as only had 1 bar.

While it can be difficult to find amid the shrubbery (typical of the area), this apartment and function center facility provides a quite and functional place to stay when travelling on business. Parking is a bit limited and the turning area at reception is a bit tight. I might have been lucky to get the last of the (undesignated) parking... More

I stayed here for 2 weeks in January. I picked it because it had a kitchenette and a balcony, both of which I wanted. I did not have a car, the hotel is a 15 minute walk to the train station, but I do not mind walking. Tram is like a 6 minute walk. The staff was great, always willing... More

We booked for 3 adults but got a kids bed ore a bed with verry bad spring. we had to put the matras on the floor. We complaind at reception who told us the bed was only for kids so then I asked why they charge for 3 adults if they dont have a bed for a third adult in... More

I stayed here recently expecting the classic Quest hospitality and quality. I was a bit concerned from the beginning when the receptionist told me they had no standard suits only 1 spa suits left and gave me a quote then when i looked online i found on multiple websites all their rooms available... so i then proceeded to book a... I really enjoyed this hotel, the room was spacious for my husband and baby, we were comfortable and the hotel provided a cot for us which was great for the baby. I loved the spa bath and thought the staff were extremely helpful, my only concern was the hotels restaurant which was expensive and the food was not the best... More

Stayed here several nights. Good location. The traffic on Inkerman St is challenging. Room itself was a bit drab and scruffy. The secondary lock on the door was broken. The toilet ran the whole time, despite being reported was not fixed. The place needs a bit of fresh air. There was a lack of power points - the only place... More

I booked a wotif.com 'Business Package'. This was for a standard room with an upgrade to a spa suite (if available), wifi and continental breakfast basket. I was staying in the area as my wife was staying overnight in a nearby private hospital undergoing a medical procedure. This was the closest and more affordable place I could find with what... More

The only thing that one could criticise would be dicing with the traffic on Inkerman Street. In all other respects this strangely designed but wonderfully accommodating hotel is simply perfect for convenience of location, ease of access, straightforward facilities, spacious rooms and good value for money. I made the awful mistake of staying closer to St Kilda in 'Apartments Ink'... More
