Stayed for 2 nights in a double room which probably needed a bit of TLC but was a good size and had its own sink, all for $45 a night. If you are in St Kilda for the Neighbours tour then the bus picks you up right across the road so it's a great location. Also the Elephant & Wheelbarrow... more

I spent a total of two weeks at the Palace over the summer and it was the highlight of my 7 week trip around southern Aus.
