Room was well furnished, bed was comfortable, King spa room is more like a bath with jets. Have fun with the lifts.. You can play find the key slot like we did. Parking was easy and room service very prompt.

We booked an In room spa package, room was a little smaller for what i was expecting, the spa takes up a lot of room, but overall it was nice, clean and comfortable, the hotel had a little funky edge to it going on aswell.

In a few words. Simply....It was crap! Power points didn't work, no opening windows or doors to allow fresh air into the room. The blinds were cracked! I could hear every noise in the hallway. Even though I told them in an email prior to arrival that I needed car parking. When I arrived they told me the hotel car... More

While driving from Newcastle to Hobart we stayed overnight in St Kilda. It was a very handy location for the ferry to Tasmania. We didn't need 5 star accomodation as we were arriving late anyway. The reception was good (staff being trained so not entirely perfect) and the room was small but adequate for our needs. No frills, views etc... More

Poor service from the moment that I called to make a booking and was told that I could not make a booking over the phone. I was told to go to the web and make it. I was then told on the web that all rooms where booked. I called back and a very helpful Asian lady said that there... More

Check in put a smile on my face from before I walked in the door. Pow (apologies for the misspelling ) was so helpful on the way in when I rang and was able to have our room ready earlier than the 2pm checkin. Walking in the doors was a lovely and modern yet warm boutique urban escape. On checkin... More

Excellent venue for our regional conference - staff were very helpful, food was great and the bar was very well utilised on a cold winter night in Melbourne. Room was also great - large and well decorated, didn't notice the cold at all - and all this and to be only 3 minute walk to the beach!

Myself and my boyfriend stayed here this weekend (July 3rd - July 5th) for a cheap $220 for the two nights in a queen room, which had the most incredible bed I've ever slept in, it was likely floating on a cloud, that's how soft it was. Couldn't fault the room except for the split system's heat function didn't work,... More
