Renovated abou 2 years ago, Quest Bayside is an ideal choice for a quiet stay with excellent facilities. All apartments are well equipped, washing machine and dryer, dishwasher, cooking facilities. Cooktop and microwave, no oven. Serviced daily, except Sundays. Walking distance to tram about 5 minutes away. Cafes and eclectic shopping on Acland St about 15 minutes easy walk away.... More

This was my 4th visit to St Kilda, (i'm from the UK) and each time I've been more than happy to stay at Quest Bayside. Very clean apartment, excellent location, very friendly and helpful staff. I can't find anything to fault it, even when the Internet connection was a bit erratic, the tech guy was straight round to sort it... More

Upgraded to a two bedroom apartment was nice. Great place, neighbours a bit noisy. Overall excellent. Magic location, close to everything and far enough away for peace and comfort. Very clean, safe parking. Public transport within 3 minutes and lots of restaurants. Great for a weekend.

We could not find accommodation in Melbourne city when we booked two months before - too many things on! Also had a hire car and came across Quest Bayside. Really quiet for such a location only a few minutes walk to most things in St Kilda. The front rooms look onto a fabulous neo gothic church. The carpark is under... More

Having stayed at Quest properties before, we booked this apartment in St Kildas, Melbourne for three (3) nights. At check in found we had to pay 15 Au Dollars a night to park the car. Later when reading the room info found that Wifi costs, 5 Au dollars for 30 minutes or use PC in reception. Had room B9. Cutlery... More

Dear Don M Thank you for your review of Quest St Kilda Bayside. You have raised a few issues, so I’ll address each of them. - I’m surprised that you only found out on check-in about the car parking charges, as we are very transparent with all costs, including car parking. ‘Hidden costs’ are something that we try very hard... Apartment was clean and fairly spacious. Reception staff were very pleasant and helpful. Location was quiet opposite a church but beach , shops and restaurants within easy reach. A good choice for exploring Melbourne as trams pass close by.

As the title says, Quest Bayside did the job that we paid them for, nothing more, nothing less. It is in a quiet residential street, easy to find, with a 2 block wander to the bay, or continue maybe 500m down the other way to the main resteraunts, cake shops, and general shopping. We had a 2 bedroom unit, on... More

I booked this apartment for the location - close to St Kilda beach, restaurants and the tram. It was clean and functional. The air conditioning was a welcome relief. However, the car park fills up, and I could only find a very narrow spot when we arrived late at night. And wifi is not included and quite expensive for a... More

The hotel was just perfect for what we needed. Comfortable, good location to St Kilda and close to the trams when we needed to get around Melbourne. We enjoyed being so close to Fitzroy street for restaurants and a drink. The beach area is a short tram away . The Quest though is tucked away in a residential area and... More

The apartments are a bit on the small side but have everything you need complete with a balcony. Fairly basic but clean and quiet despite being right at the heart of St Kilda's and a 3 minute walk to both the beach and all the lovely cake shops on offer. Recommended.

Dear Patrick_Sharon Thank you for taking the time to review Quest St Kilda Bayside! I’m pleased you enjoyed your stay with us. I agree with you - we’re so fortunate to be located where we are, although those Acland Street cake shops can be dangerous for the waistline!! Thank you again for your review, and for recommending us. We hope... More
