it's a clean place with mostly good facilities, but a few things left a bitter taste:
1. it's on a b-double route, so i stayed awake to the sound of air brakes and engines of 70 tonne trucks for much of the night,
2. there were a few problems with the room, including a malfunctioning toilet and door that didn't want to latch closed,
3. i found a (small) unexplained charge on my credit card (i paid cash for mini bar items)
4. i was charged for a phone call that rang out - i.e. for the privilege of listening to a ringing tone for 30 seconds.
while nothing outrageous, i think it was reasonable to expect more for the tariff.
