Service was patchy, breakfast staff disinterested at best and provided no assistance or explanation of options. Worn carpet on stairs/hallway and dead flies still on window sill after 3 days. Taps in shower incorrectly installed and turned in different directions making it dangerous especially for children and towel rack hanging off. Great location with spacious rooms and comfy beds.

I think we were in the older part of this hotel/ apartments because it was a little tired. Other parts did look new and modern. Our room was large and had a massive window overlooking the harbour. It was well set up with a sitting area and a newer big spa bath and shower area. But the terra cotta tiles... More

Had two suites and both comfortable, clean and quiet. Location is opposite the water and close to all shops and water tourist operators. Restaurant is good for evening meals. Breakfast can be a challenge as seating is not readily available if the motel is close to full. Also, some items run out and can take a while to be replaced.... More

We stayed as a family of 5 (3 kids) in the 3 bedroom apartment. The 3 bedroom apartment is situated right on the esplanade so you get a little traffic noise but nothing excessive or disruptive. The apartment offered fantastic views looking out onto the lake where you could watch the fishing vessels as they went in and out of... More

We had a 2 persons room with tea and coffee making facilities in our room, nice clean QS bed, TV, phone, reverse air conditioning, a few steps to the dining room for breakfast, a variety of menus available, one went up and got what you wanted for breakfast like toast, cereal, coffee, tea, juices and your main meal was brought... Pluses.... Great location right on the main drag. Quiet 2 bedroom apartment, fabulous heater/aircon. Negatives..... House keeping needs a fair bit left to be desired. Balcony had terrible sticky liquid like spilt Coke or similar left there under the table on our arrival and took 2 days to finally get someone to clean it and even then the attempt was... More

Found someone's dirty sock when we checked in our 2 bedroom apartment. We also booked a deluxe but they only gave us a standard room. Requested a room with a balcony but they end up giving us on the ground level with no view. I guess it's more convenient without needing to use the stairs... Overall ok stay.

I was more than surprised with the first class accommodation offered by the Bellevue. The friendly staff greeted us and the room offered to us was beyond what I would have expected having spent many years travelling around it was tops.We could not fault the location or service. We ate at the Boathouse Restaurant which is rated as a One... More

Stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment Great stay only 2 small complaints The split system seemed to make a clunking noise and smelt funny I did advise staff and sent maintenance Apparently just bearing gone and the smell was from someone previously cooking?! The bathroom was great expect for the sensor light in the toilet (no good for a 4... More

Nice place and comfortable rooms, but we like many others purchased a three night escape deal. Many of the conditions of this offer are not revealed until after you have paid. The fact that massive exclusion periods apply - including EVERY weekend and the fact that rooms are not serviced after your initial check in was not communicated to us... More
