Upon walking into this hotel we were very pleased to see a one hatted restaurant and that they had nice pool, spa, sauna, room service. Food, amentities outside the room and staff all lovely. It's the two singles pushed together to make a "kingsize" bed for the luxury room that was extremely awkward and uncomfortable, they came to "make up... More

Stayed here for 3 nights in mid December. Was good from the start: easy to find, extremely lovely check in staff, nice layout, ample parking, clean rooms. Stayed in a spa suite, which was great. Had a nice first floor balcony, which was overlooking carpark, but they had taken the time to make the carpark one that was nice to... More

We recently had a very pleasant few days in a well appointed 2 bedroom apartment overlooking the North Arm. The room had everything we needed including washer, dryer and cooking facilities. The location was very convenient, with many restaurants within easy walking distance. Unfortunately the restaurant at Bellevue was closed awaiting a new chef at the time of our visit,... More

used Our Deal 3 day voucher and was more thanleasantly surprised. Front facing 2nd story spa room. Spotlessly clean, great size and fantastic views across the Lakes. Plenty of towels, toilet rolls, soap, coffee etc and very comfy king bed. Great sized indoor pool with separate spa and good outdoor smaller pool. Reception ladies were fantastic as well. Helped with all of this old... More

Beautiful place to stay, if you are able book a unit as they have 2 big bedrooms, 1 with king size bed and the other with bunks and a single bed. Big kitchen and lounge, huge television, very big bathroom with a great shower. Table and chairs to sit outside and look at the view. The meal in the restaurant... More

Stayed over the Melbourne Cup weekend so already paid over the odds. Stayed in the 2 bedroom deluxe with my parents for 2 nights. I put my parents in the double room, they were happy. I drew the short straw and took what I can assume is set up as the kids room - a set of bunk beds and... More

Service was patchy, breakfast staff disinterested at best and provided no assistance or explanation of options. Worn carpet on stairs/hallway and dead flies still on window sill after 3 days. Taps in shower incorrectly installed and turned in different directions making it dangerous especially for children and towel rack hanging off. Great location with spacious rooms and comfy beds.

I think we were in the older part of this hotel/ apartments because it was a little tired. Other parts did look new and modern. Our room was large and had a massive window overlooking the harbour. It was well set up with a sitting area and a newer big spa bath and shower area. But the terra cotta tiles... More

Had two suites and both comfortable, clean and quiet. Location is opposite the water and close to all shops and water tourist operators. Restaurant is good for evening meals. Breakfast can be a challenge as seating is not readily available if the motel is close to full. Also, some items run out and can take a while to be replaced.... More

We stayed as a family of 5 (3 kids) in the 3 bedroom apartment. The 3 bedroom apartment is situated right on the esplanade so you get a little traffic noise but nothing excessive or disruptive. The apartment offered fantastic views looking out onto the lake where you could watch the fishing vessels as they went in and out of... More
