Bought the 3 days deal from ourdeal.com which was clear that no refund after the booking have been made. No problem! Then had to get 2 extra beds for kids - $25 per night so paid extra direct to the cottage $150. We end up stayed only 2 nights and late check out at 12.15pm ( checkout 10am) I couldn't... More

Our stay at Country Cottage was blissfully wonderful and peaceful a great place to be able to forget the humdrum of city life. Even though our visit was in June everything was so warm and inviting we wish we didn't have to go home. We will be returning repeatedly in the future. Thank you Rob & June for a most... More

The cottages are located approx 10 mins drive outside of Lakes Entrance in a peaceful rural setting. Visiting out of season we did not use the pool or other communal facilities available (laundry) Our cottage was warm once we got the door closed & the wall heater on. On arrival the door was open to air I assume & to... More

Our stay at Country Cottages was wonderful, lovely peaceful semi bushland surrounds, and birds coming right up to the door, the cottage was clean and comfortable, our only gripe is the bed.. was terribly uncomfortable too firm for us, but that aside, a easy short drive to Lakes Entrance and everything else, well away from public noise, was just the... These cottages are perfect for a getaway. They are well-located 6km out of Lakes Entrance; close enough to be convenient (a very quick drive into town) but far enough to be well away from the crowds. The cottages are situated on a lovely piece of bushland. The cottages seem small but are in fact deceptively spacious. The bedroom was plenty... More

What a beautiful location and a great cabin, which felt like we were the only people staying there due to the very thoughtful way the site is set out. Our cabin was perfect - obviously recently painted/new carpet etc. The space was amazing, the furniture comfortable, the kitchen a great size. We had a wonderful 3 nights here. This was... More

Recently stayed at this property, first time although been to Lakes Entrance numerous times. Loved it, its about 7 minutes drive into Town so may put some off, but trust me it was worth it. There are 7 Cabins all very well spaced, the Cabins themselves are terrific, spacious, clean and very comfortable. (we were in Cabin 1) Everything you... More

We needed a short holiday away from the city and came here Thursday to Saturday. We came in the evening, but were still greeted by Rob, who directed us towards our cottage and gave us a few pointers. It wasn't really necessary as all information was available on the table inside the cottage, but nice to meet him! The cottage... More

Floorboards need attention urgently as flooring is at an angle and extremely loud and creaky. Even though cabins are apart, we still were awoken very early sunday morning from car doors and loud voices. We needed a relaxing few days,... More
