We choose to stay in a small family run park for campers and was pleasantly surprised by what we found tucked away from the tourist hussle and bustle. This little place is a gem . From the outside it is just a smallish park with a few on site vans as well as about 8 on site units. Which appeared to be spacious and well mantained. However we were there for a camping holiday for a couple of days to explore the surrounding area and not spent our budget on expensive accomodation. At 15 - 20 dollars a night for an unpowered site it was excellent for us wilth our little tent . Lots of amenties were available free of charge which is not always the case in a lot of caravan parks. There a large kitchen with plenty of cutlery ,plates and full isze stove ,kettle etc. A fridge freezer was also available which was wonderful . The park has a lovely pool and a wonderful spa available as well . The host of the park was also very helpful when the weather changed for the worst and quickly put... more
