Stayed over night and couldn't believe the state of the cabin. The couch was stained all over, the floor rug was dirty, the shower drain had black in it and everything was chipped or run down. There were ants in the kitchen. There was one piddly thin doona on the bed and no extra blankets. The electricity blew in the... More

Our family stayed here in a delux cabin a few weeks ago and took our dog. We were told by the owner that the dog was allowed in the cabin, but not in the carpeted bedrooms or on the rug in the lounge, only on the lino. That was fine. We made the booking. We were very disappointed when we... More

If you are not a dog person this is not the place for you. The owners allow dogs in cabins and you are not advised of this when booking. Bad luck if you have an allergy to animal fur. The cabins are old and in need of an upgrade urgently. Management kept placing smelly bins outside our bed room window... More

My wife, dog and I stayed for a few days over the Christmas period and found all amenities to be the cleanest we had experienced anywhere, the staff were friendly and helpful (Dazz the caretaker gets a special mention) but we would HIGHLY RECCOMEND this for anybody and even more so if you have children or dogs ..... and it... I stayed here on the campsite for three nights and it was amazing. Great price, the owner gave us some discount because of the low season. The best showers, really warm and with a lot of pressure, better then home i think and clean aswell. Small but cosy kitchen with everything you need. Great located on a walking distance to... More

Cleanest amenities anywhere in Australia. Fab park. Hosts are very friendly and helpful. Kids love the playground. I have pre-booked for Christmas as the kids loved it here. I came to this park 2-3 years ago with my family and the improvements are amazing. I read the last review and find it totally false.. We found it very affordable and... More

I wish I could write a good review, however the experience my family received from this park was unacceptable. Any reasonable person would find this place dirty, old and well over priced. As for the management, well.. we havn't been treated so badly anywhere in Australia. They are greedy and could do with a lesson in business to customer relations.

This park was starting to fall apart, thankfully Angela and Franco took it over when they did. In the few months since they took over they have replaced a tiny old playground made of rotting timber with a fantastic brightly coloured carnival of entertainment for the kids. They have done wonders with the place and although there is still more... More

I've been coming to Sunnyside for over ten years with my wife, kids, and 2 small dogs. This year was the best ever. Our hosts Franco and Angela were very friendly and helpful. Very accomodating with dogs and have a dog minding service aswell. Management had a party, inviting all park visitors. Free food and slushies for the kids. Lots... More
