Hotel is looking tired, our room was dirty, esp batrhroom, it smelt like vomit behind bed, carpet stained in spots, cups and glasses for two people - we booked for four, thought parking and wifi was included in price - it wasn't..... we were overall a bit disappointed

This is my third visit to the Mercure Geelong. It is a really good place to stay. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious. Would be great if you could have some connecting rooms for families though. Plenty of car parking. Gourmet breakfast . Will definitely stay again.

The Mercure Geelong was a nice quiet hotel. The location is fantastic , the waterfront and Westfields are only a 10 minute walk away. The only bad thing was the service at the front desk was very slow and they charge you $18.00 per night to park your car. Otherwise fantastic

We did have issues with the room being too hot and the front desk staff were very helpful. Some suggestions - knowing there are two guests - could you try and prvoide at least 2 drinking glasses. Stayed for 3 days. Excellent customer service from all staff. On one night had noisy neighbours in next room - they were enjoying themselves (loud music and singing) whilst we were trying to get to sleep.
