Four of us stayed at the guesthouse for 2 nights and found it clean and comfortable. Our host was very friendly and the accommodation was quirky and interesting. Very close to the port and the town centre. Good value.

This review is overdue, as I had visited this property almost 2 years ago in July along with my daughter, and as I was going through our photos reliving our trip, I came across Kaizer's photo and immediately thought of writing the review. Kaizer is Kym's very handsome German Shepard whom we played with and clicked photos with whilst in... More

Main issue with this accommodation was cleanliness of guesthouse, others have commented about the décor & it would appear this traps lots of dust, cobwebs etc which don't always get cleaned. Kitchen is also a tight fit but usable but biggest issue is the low ceiling downstairs, appreciated the signage but at 5ft 11 I hated having to stoop over... More

We stayed in one of the gypsy wagons. It was small as you would expect, but very quaint. Before leaving we looked at the cottage above the reception and this looked sensational. It was a small apartment with 2 very comfortable looking bedrooms with ensuites. The front bedroom has a small sitting area and a balcony/patio area. You can book... More

We stayed in one of the gypsy caravans for one night and it was one of our favourite stays during our 3 week aussie road trip. The caravans are beautifully and lovingly done up, but also very practical, making the most of the tight space. We were able to cook a pasta meal and have a very relaxing evening in... More

This is to be recommended a true value experience with great location . Just a short walk to cafés ,hotels, main shopping area. After morning and afternoon walks you can jrelax in a quirky style of accommodation from cottages to hostels with the wagons in there as well, we have rebooked after our first weekend as Echuca is a great... I stayed in a Gypsy wagon in February 2014. Was a little warm for this Tasmanian but air con worked well. Kym the owner could not have been more helpful and the fact that is was quiet and private made, it a very enjoyable experience, particularly as I was travelling alone. Great bed and plenty of power points. I could... More

We generally try and stay in different hotels when we travel rather than your bland hotel room. We stayed in a Gypsy wagon for one night, communication with Kim was good to book and he made us feel welcome and was very helpful on arrival. The wagons are very cute, well decorated (to theme) and clean, they contain every thing... More

This was our second year at Echuca Gardens for the Riverboats Festival, and we'll be back next year for sure. The location is ideal; far enough away from town to be private, but only a pleasant 5 min. walk through the bush has you in the heart of Echuca and all it's charms. Kym is very accomodating and always up... More

I stayed at Echuca Gardens for the weekend of Riverboats Music Festival and absolutely loved it. The rooms are beautifully decorated in cool kitsch native Aus theme which I loved and are very generously sized. The rooms and bathrooms were incredibly clean - very impressive. Kim is so helpful both in booking and also while staying. He had so much... More
