My wife and I spent two nights in a gypsy caravan. Whilst Kym has done a very good job of renovating the vans there is very limited cooking facilities. This did not actually worry us because we had all our meals at cafes and restaurants. The vans are very comfortable with the exception of the small seat in the kitchen/dining.... More

We were celebrating our 26th Wedding Anniversary and wanted to stay somewhere a little bit different. The Gypsy Wagons were wonderful. The gardens on the property are just beautiful, well designed and several spots to relax. Echuca Gardens is well situated close to the town - easy walk. Very welcoming, well priced and wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

Planned to stay a night at this property but a good price was put to us to stay two. The wagons (there are two of them) are quite small so wouldn't suit large folks but for boaties like us, no challenge. Basic cooking facilities with very limited bench space, but the town is within easy walking distance and has plenty... More

Really enjoyed this cottage. So much character. Gardens were beautiful. Great location. Hosts were terrific. Nice large outdoor area which was perfect for our cavalier. Would definitely recommend for families and couples.

We received a friendly welcome upon arrival and given a tour of our 2 bedroom rental by Kym, the owner. The 2 bedroom accommodation is above his own home and has a nice kitchen area with stove, fridge and microwave, 2 bathrooms off each of the bedrooms, and these each have a balcony which was a great place for breakfast.... Kym the owner of this interesting establishment, is a fine host, and a collector of many things, South American mainly, which he happily shows anyone who is interested. We found the three bedroom cottage to be lovely, although a little large for us, it was great as we had our dog with us, and there was a small yard for... More

Highly recommend staying at this beautifully kept accommodation and gardens. Just a short walk to town and the Murray River. Very dog friendly, with a pen outside in gardens. Only problem is the vans are pretty small for 2 people of 6ft and a large dog! It was a bit of a squeeze. But a good base if you are... More

Loved the gypsy wagon I stayed in. Beautiful gardens, and Kym is a great host with lots of interesting travel tales to share and a wonderful collection of dolls and artefacts from all over the world which he is happy to show off. The property is a stunning tribute to the dedication and hard work put in by it's owner.... More

Great accommodation with everything you need for a short holiday in Echuca. The location of the hotel is very good. The staff (Kym) is very helpful. The cooking facility is great. It is easy to dine out as it is close to the center. The garden is fantastic and beautiful. We would love to go back again in future.

Accommodation was excellent my girlfriend and I wanted a few days away, we stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment, Kim was the best host EVER showing us around his own accommodation and his collections of dolls from around the world, but the best part of all was a Sunday morning in our pjs with Kim playing the piano for us...
