Gorgeous cottage - an absolute picture. Nice quiet street - but close enough to walk into town and to 'port / wharf' area. The cottage gardens are delightful, too. If you walk to the end of the street (a mere couple of houses away) you have views of the Campaspe River. There are 3 large bedrooms, each with a spacious bathroom.... More

We stayed at Charlotte’s Cottage in October 2014 with two other couples while in Echuca for a wedding, and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The rooms were immaculate – very well appointed, clean, large and comfortable. Each bedroom has its own private and well sized ensuite (all have a bath and separate shower). The hosts are delightful – very accommodating and... More

We arrived at Echuca station as we took the v-line bus to Echuca from Melbourne. We had a slight delay and after informing Neil our host we would be Late for our pickup he was very gracious and was still able to collect us. The cottage is lovely and very centrally located . Very easy walk to the town. Which... More

The best B and B I have stayed in. Myself and partner have done much travelling and this is some of the bet accommodation we have stayed in. The room, property and location were excellent. The breakfast was very good and the hosts were also very welcoming and informative. Good value for money in my opinion. Will defiantly be back... More

Charlotte's Cottage was originally a private boarding school and has been extensively renovated to provide 3 large double rooms with en-suite. Tastefully decorated throughout with beautiful antique furnishings, it provides a wonderfully quiet and relaxing break. The hosts, Neil, Jill and Rhonda are friendly and welcoming and provide a beautiful cooked breakfast with three choices on the menu. Freshly squeezed... More

This place is great, the hosts are such easy to like people and are very accommodating. The longer you stay the more the secrets of this place are revealed. Loved the breakfasts, Rhonda. Thoroughly enjoyed our 4 night stay. Would definitely stay again.

We were met by (Neil and Jill), two of the owners, who made us feel extremely welcome. When we walked through front door was not expecting what we saw. An old cottage with loads of charm, restored to "perfection". Our room and esuite was very spacious, loved the huge spa bath and the bed was the best I have ever... More

I can't praise Charlotte's Cottage and her three hosts highly enough. The cottage itself is delightful and furnished in period fashion which suits it perfectly. Its position in Echuca is very peaceful but convenient. All facilities are of high standard and everything was done to make me feel at home. My breakfast was delicious. Most of all the welcome given... More

Charlotte's Cottage had a different kind of atmosphere when we checked in. After a while I thought that maybe it was a lack of soft furnishings. Whether by chance or design, whatever it was married perfectly with Echuca Port and the paddle steamers. The Emmy Lou, the Bridge Hotel, Wistaria Cafe and Charlottes Cottage allowed us to relive Echuca's history... More

This three bedroomed cottage is first class. All three rooms are stylishly outfitted with period furniture with great views of the garden. Bathrooms are vast and well equipped. The lounge is comfortable. Breakfast is served in a sunny room off the kitchen - the home stewed fruits are a real treat. The owners live nearby rather than on the premises... More
