We endorse the many previous, enthusiastic reviews. Wonderful cottage in an attractive garden featuring three beautiful bedrooms with marvellous ensuites. Situated in a very quiet dead-end street yet a stone's throw from the historic wharf and shops/restaurants of Echuca. Convenient, off-street parking metres from the door with easy level access. At $300 for two nights ($150 per room per night)... More

This stunning little cottage is not so little! Beautifully renovated. Rooms are huge, breakfast delicious, right in middle of Echuca. Ticks all the boxes. Loved it. One of the cheapest we stayed at and definitely good value for money. Walk to local restaurants and wharf area, wish we could have stayed longer.

This is the sort of accomodation people stayed at in years gone by (except that it includes a comfortable bed, air conditioning and the convenience of electricity!). Echuca is steeped in colonial history and the magic of the Murray so it seemed a bit incongruous to stay in a modern motel. So glad we chose comfortable and historic Charlotte's Cottage... More

From the moment we turned into the lovely, quiet street, and saw the cottage, we knew we were going to have a fabulous stay. Cottage gardens and bricked pathways lead to the porch, front door, and long hallway, with high baltic-pine ceilings. Each room has been beautifully restored with period furniture, as well as large modern ensuites. The sitting room... More

Charlotte's Cottage Bed & Breakfast is located only 500 metres from the paddle steamers and historic port area on the Murray River. It is within easy walking distance to the main shopping street and eating places. This beautifully restored cottage has 3 well appointed bedrooms all with ensuites and individual reverse cycle air conditioners. The shared lounge has the only... More

3 rooms in lovely old cottage - we had the place to ourselves and were shown all three. Each nicely furnished and very comfortable. Large shared lounge and separate spacious breakfast room. Breakfast excellent. Host knows his business and how to look after people. Within walking distance of town and Port.

My husband and I attended a wedding this weekend in Echuca and stayed at Charlottes Cottage for one night. We stayed in Elizabeth's room at the front of the cottage which was so clean, comfortable & cosy. We ordered our breakfast the evening before and wow, it completely exceeded our expectations. I had French toast with an abundance of fresh... More

The hosts were attentive and friendly; the room huge and the spa was relaxing. The renovation is gorgeous, from the garden to the colour scheme. Can see a high level of effort from the hosts to make sure everything is perfect.

Charlotte's Cottage is a delightfully restored historic building, situated in a quiet, residential street merely five minutes walk from all the attractions of Echuca. Within are three bedrooms, a sitting room for guests, and a dinning room, all tastefully furnished contemporaneously with the age of the building. Rest assured, however, that all the fittings of the en suite bathrooms are... More
