I was in Echuca for just one night for an event with an early start. I spent just over 12 hours in the room and didn't get to experience the facilities including breakfast. The bed and shower is good quality. The rate represented good value for money and was in a great location. My room did front on to the... More

This was the first time we have stayed in this little B&B and we loved it. Everything was just right. We arrived late in the afternoon and our key was waiting for us in an envelope. We had asked for a ground floor room and the one we got was ideal. The location was perfect, a short walk to anywhere... More

Our room was a "petite queen" and it certainly was....petite! No space for any facility to accommodate our clothes so we could not unpack. The breakfast was excellent and the location perfect for discovering the fascinating history of the area. The decor was suited to the historical atmosphere of the tpwn

This is not a bad option and is perfectly located for visiting the tourist attractions and restaurants. Our room was on the ground floor and although the bathroom was small, it was adequate. Our bed was comfy, and despite overlooking the high street it was quiet at night and we had a good nights sleep. Other reviewers have extolled the... More

Recently stayed here with my young daughter, her first time in a B&B type set up. Loved it was perfect. Irene offered to pick us from the train station, which was very generous. The location was all fantastic easy walking distance to everything as we had no transport. The room was tasteful and roomy, faced the street which could be... More

We recently stayed there, the photos on booking.com are very misleading our room was nothing like what they had put up. We were given the key to room 6 and unfortunately someone else was in that room!!! We eventually got on to the owner who said this had never happened before!! Finally we were given a different room. The bed... More

An impetuous decision to visit Echuca for the weekend had us booked into the Steampacket Inn. A great decision. Someone had booked Room 8 (recommended by others in TA reviews) so we upgraded to the loft. Another great decision. The room was totally private, had a large living space as well as a super comfy bedroom, loads of hanging space... More

Stayed here for two nights with two other couples. They all had new modern en suites, I had an old ensuite which really needs refurbishment. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable. Plenty of hot water. There is nowhere to hang clothes. Not even a coat hanger! Didn't see the property manager at all except for when we arrived.... More

Very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was yummy too! The owner was very helpful and polite. There was also a courtesy pick up and drop off... More

We stayed for two week nights. Our room was great, upstairs on corner - large, comfortable, clean and warm. Other rooms looked nice too. The inn is part of Echuca's history and its decor reflects this. A bit unfortunate that there was no one on premises when we arrived, but on calling the number on door we received instructions to...
