This lovely, stately former Bishop's residence has beautiful stained glass around the entry door, lovely lounge areas and beautiful grounds to walk in. It has an elegant breakfast room downstairs with lovely china, crystal and linen napkins for a home cooked breakfast, while the large, well appointed and comfortable rooms with period fittings and immaculate en suite bathrooms, are to... We stayed at Langley Hall for one night in an amazing B&B in Bendigo. We were met upon arrival by Anthony who explained the lay out of the property and then took us to our room. Langley Hall was built in 1903 as the home for the first Anglican Bishop of Bendigo, Henry Langley. He had 14 children so needed... More

This is a beautifully maintained early 1900s mansion 5km from the centre of Bendigo. We stayed in the Queen suite with private ensuite. Very comfortable and quiet. Sitting rooms and dining room are open to guests as is the lovely garden. The hosts were very welcoming. Would definitely stay again.

Although a few kilometres from the centre of the town, Langley Hall was a beautiful place to stay. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was served in the dining room and was excellent value at only $15. It was also good to meet other guests. The two alpacas in a yard at the back were also friendly!

As a single person visiting Bendigo for the Easter Festival, I was delighted to have spent three night in this beautiful establishment. One of the highlights was having breakfast around the large dining room table that was so elegantly set out. Something you would see in Downton Abbey. From when I arrived to when I departed, Jenny and Anthony were... More

My husband and I stayed here overnight en route to Echuca. What a beautiful property inside and out! The owners Jenny and Anthony were so welcoming and friendly we felt right at home immediately. Our room was just the right size for us and had a door opening out to a verandah. Beautiful views of the church next door and... More

Located about 4km from the centre of Bendigo this is a delightful B & B which oozes Old World charm. Built in 1904 the property has seen many uses over its 110 year history. There are now 6 upstairs suites (no lifts if you need one) with a magnificent staircase leading down to the formal dining and sitting rooms. Self... More

What a wonderful place to stay. Turn of the century furnishings with a modern comfortable feel. The sitting room was delightful and to climb the staircase to our bedroom made me feel like I should be wearing a ball gown. Our room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. The ensuite could have had better lighting and heating! Eating breakfast... More

Bendigo is a destination for so many reasons. Art galleries, fine dining, history, architecture, relaxation. And Langley Hall just adds to the experience with a touch of class. Museums offer visual experiences but this place places you front and center in a bishops palace. And you get your own chapel as part of the package. Warm and comfortable bedroom, luxurious... More
