What a great find! We spent only one night here but wished it was more. We stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment (formerly servants quarters) and couldn't have asked for more comfortable accommodation. Even with 2 children there was plenty of room for them to watch their DVDs and lounge on the floor of the living area with toys and books. The beds were very comfortable (room enough for my daughter's cot as well as two single beds), the bathroom with its spa very modern in an old world environment and the kitchen had all we needed to cook up a storm with the great breakie supplies. The heating was extremely effective - no worries about the chilliness from an autumn Ballarat night. And although we didn't use it there is also an airconditioner for those hot days. We will definitely be back and hopefully for a longer stay.
