NIce clean modernised room. Heater worked well which is important for Ballarat in the colder months. Room was near a main road but the noise level was really low. Good coverage on window coverings- no gaps helped this factor and the location was great as really close to he main shopping district.

Excellent location within walking distance of the main street but surprisingly quiet. Well appointed clean and tidy room. Friendly staff. Very good value for the money. WiFi was very poor but apparently this was to be fixed the following week so should be OK now.

We found the family rooms perfectly suited two separate rooms larger than standard fridge and a small kitchenette with plug in hot plates. If booking via a third party site it is not possible to modify you days after arrival - as we tried to cancel the final night but were told we could not as CCMI had already been... More

This is a fantastic little motel. Wonderful, homely service. I even received a text message the morning I was booked in with address for the GPS. Lovely, warm, cosy rooms. Comfortable bed and pillows. Had everything I needed 😊😊😊 will be staying again next time in Ballarat.

We stayed here for four nights over Easter. It was clean and comfortable. The lady who checked us in was friendly and helpful. I was pleased to get a small bottle of milk, rather than UHT. The room rate was very good, much lower than most places in Ballarat. I was pleased that I could open the bathroom window, to... More

Excellent facilities, well priced. Would have been perfect except for the bed. It was terrible! One of the most uncomfortable beds we have ever slept in. We were there for both Friday and Saturday night. It was so bad we tried to get other accommodation on the Saturday night but everywhere in Ballarat was booked out. Such a shame because... More

Good central location on historic Bakery Hill. The motel is close to restaurants and fast food outlets and an easy walk to main mall and city centre. A very spacious room with plenty of storage for clothes, wardrobe, drawers including a suitcase shelf, a good sized desk with desk light. A most comfortable queen size bed, with two side tables... We stayed two nights. The place is clean and tidy and, although it is on the main road into town, it was very peaceful. Ideal for a visit to Sovereign Hill (about a 10 minute drive) and also the shops and restaurants of central Ballarat (about 3 minutes to walk into the town centre) Didn't try the breakfast ordering system...
