We had a wonderful stay - the room was perfect for our family, nicely set out and had the little extras, like tea, coffee, biscuits, shampoo, conditioner, etc. The mamnagement were very helpful and accomodating. Best part was the indoor pool, which we managed to use 3 times in our 1 night stay!! Good value and close to Sovereign Hill.

Our non-smoking room smelt of stale smoke - as if it has been a smoking room once upon a time. The bed was cheap - the sort that moves all over when one person moves. You get what you pay for - I think next time I would pay a little extra and get something nicer.

Big comfortable rooms, great hospitality, a wonderful restaurant and good value for money. All these things at the one place. The kids loved swimming in the heated indoor pool and I was "observing them" for the heated spa. From what I can understand the place is under new management and they looked after me and my family very well.

I've stayed here numerous times and each time it's been a pleasure!! The staff are so inviting and make you feel right at home. The indoor heated pool is a pleasure to soak in after a long day shopping, room service is awesome, the meals are superb. All prices are very reasonable

Older, but spacious and clean. Good Beds and quiet. This motel has a great restaurant and provides a lovely breakfast. Pretty central in Ballarat, The hosts are very freindly and offer great service. A good budget family motel.

Spacious, clean, comfortable, central and quiet rooms and love the pool area. Staff very helpful, even supply towels for the pool/spa. Have stayed numerous times at this establishment and will certainly be back. THANKS

First time away for a night with our 15 month old. Room was spacious and comfortable. Hosts were lovely. My daughter and I loved the pool area. Dinner was nice and so was breakfast.
