Staying at Kurrajong a House was last minute. We'd looked at it on Trip Advisor previously and when in Launceston we drove past and decided to see if there was a vacancy. The owners were fabulous. They immediately welcomed us and told us we could pick any room (showing us all of them) as other guests were not arriving until... More

Linda & Andre were great hosts, with plenty of information on things to see and do in Launceston. Room was lovely, very comfortable with a lovely sunny aspect. Breakfast/lounge area was very comfortable and the breakfast was great. Would definitely recommend staying at Kurrajong House and will also definitely return. The Heritage rooms inside the house were particularly well appointed... More

The management and staff (Linda & Andre) would like to thank all our guests for such great reviews. We do read all reviews on all sites. Good reviews are very important to us. We are a Bed & Breakfast not a hotel, offering a more personal, homely feel, whilst we hope giving a hotel standard to our guests. On arrival... More

Lovely, clean, friendly, comfortable, cosy and warm. Lovely breakfast. I'll be coming back soon. Had dinner at the Jailhouse Grill, great value for money. Thanks Linda and Andre for a lovely stay. This B&B is gorgeous.

Our group of ten stayed with Linda and Andre back in Feb., and everyone of us enjoyed every minute of it ! The breakfast was good, rooms were clean n tidy with just the right amount of furnishings. The decoration was nice and warm, certainly gave us a feel of home. Would stay again if we get to visit Launceston... More

We stayed in February and thanks to our hosts Linda and Andre we had an amazing stay at Kurrajong House. The Adelaide heritage room was just a dream and the bed was like sleeping on a cloud. The heat lamp in the bathroom was welcomed and simple to use. We were asked every morning if we needed clean towels, more... More

The place was absolutely spotless and very well maintained. Delightful rooms, excellent bed and modern conveniences. Our hosts were very friendly and helpful. Well done classic style B&B breakfast. I highly recommend this accommodation and rate it as my favourite Launceston B&B.

We appreciated the friendly new owners agreeing to a pre arranged late arrival. The Newton room was quiet and spacious but lacked the advertised WiFi, it was available in public areas. Our room was not serviced at all during a 4 night stay, but is still promised on the hotel website. The bottom sheet on the bed appeared to have missed the iron..... We arrived some three weeks after Andre and Linda had taken over in mid December and to their credit they were into the groove and were excellent hosts, friendly and most helpful. The rooms, parking and location are superb and their knowledge of local and area points of interests was impressive. Would recommend this B&B to friends and family alike... More

We could not have received a warmer welcome and received all the information we needed to make the best of our stay. The house and in particular our room - the Newton was tastefully decorated, retained original features, was clean and spacious. The bathroom was small but provided everything that we needed. Breakfast was on communal tables and it was... More
