Good service and adequate room/facilities. Dining room provided good breakfast however dinner was a extremely poor - very poor quality steak overcooked. Unsatisfactory meal was returned and was not charged to account but the night was ruined.

Short stay, very good, room particularly bathroom clean but old, bathroom door needs a paint. Pillows not very comfotable. Location good, hotel quiet inside and out, parking plentiful and easily accessed. Didn't have an opportunity to try the restaurant.

Great hotel in centre of Launceston. Rooms are clean and modern. I am not sure if perhaps I just had an "accessible room" but loved the fact that the shower was not over a bath. Privilege room had everything you would expect and was well serviced during my stay.

Here you pay for location, right in the centre of town. Sunday prices are low and therefore very good value. Rooms are old and the whole place could do with a decent update. Best attribute is ample parking at a very reasonable $6 per day.

Right in the heart of things. Stayed here before and will stay again. Room 310, light and Airy. Can open the window which is good as our room only had a portable Air-Con, although we needed the wall heater when we stayed. Very cosy. Had a Queen and a single bed. Shower over bath. Staff were friendly and helpful Information was freely given and nothing was a problem.. We would have no hesitation in staying there again and probably will.The facilities were of good standard. TheRestaurant staff were most obliging and the food was of good standard.
