Plus:- 1) Good location - within walking distance of the eateries and shopping areas of Launceston 2) Quiet neighbourhood 3) Love the breakfast - a good array of cold and hot breakfast - cereal, a variety of spreads, fruit juices, bread, freshly brewed coffee and a good selection of tea - hot breakfast consists of bacon, eggs and grilled tomato... We had a one night stay at this lovely little B & B. It was walking distance to everything. The room was lovely. We stayed in the loft room. Nice and clean, good bedding and just plain comfy and homely. The young guy who was on reception was very nice, and when we said we would be at breakfast first... More

We booked this 'b&b' based on the wonderful reviews on trip advisor. We were very much looking forward to staying in this accommodation and chose it over Hotel Chancellor because breakfast was included ... bad move! Let me paint you a picture - on arrival there is an envelope at the front door with my name and a key inside.... More

The rooms are comfortable and spacious and the staff are lovely. Breakfast is continental with a cooked option of eggs, tomato and bacon available. Unfortunately the walls and floors are paper thin, allowing you to hear conversations from other rooms. Not fantastic if you're a light sleeper or looking for some peace and quite on your trip away.

The usual place we stay when visiting Launceston was fully booked so we decided to stay here as it was in a great location for us..... near pubs and restaurants! We booked the king deluxe which was a super large room on the ground floor with a small outdoor courtyard. In spite of slight heat wave the room stayed cool... More

We stayed in the deluxe double room & it was perfect! Everything you could need for a long weekend. The bath was a real treat after the long days adventures! Clean, spacious & lovely furniture/bed. The breakfasts were delicious, with a good variety of choice, Fiona was very accommodating & helpful. It was a very special weekend for us as... More

This B&B is very conveniently located in Launceston and the parking available is in their own little courtyard which is a plus. There are a couple of buildings and rooms are there on ground floor and first floor (latter apparently come with a view).. The room we were in for one night was adjacent to the parking and quite nice... More

We stayed in one of the Junior Suites, which are the cheapest alternatives, and were recommended by the Hobart Tourist Information Centre. Quite enjoyable, and certainly affordable. A large room with lounge, TV and comfortable bed with two pillow choices. Breakfast is cooked to order and consists of bacon, eggs and tomato as well as the usual; cereals, toast, coffee,... More

We arrived and were greeted immediately by friendly staff. Our room was the junior suite. It had a king size bed, a large living area and a fantastic bathroom. Everything was clean and well presented. There was a reverse cycle aircon, useful in the cooler months and free wifi that was easily accessible. We walked to the gorge, directions were... More

We have stayed in several places when visiting Launceston for the footy but keep coming back to Fiona's. Rooms are larger than your standard hotel, which means you aren't living in each others pockets when in the room. Also there is a decent size bathroom and room 17 has a claw foot bath, which is great. Breakfast is included, which... More
