We arrived and were greeted immediately by friendly staff. Our room was the junior suite. It had a king size bed, a large living area and a fantastic bathroom. Everything was clean and well presented. There was a reverse cycle aircon, useful in the cooler months and free wifi that was easily accessible. We walked to the gorge, directions were... More

We have stayed in several places when visiting Launceston for the footy but keep coming back to Fiona's. Rooms are larger than your standard hotel, which means you aren't living in each others pockets when in the room. Also there is a decent size bathroom and room 17 has a claw foot bath, which is great. Breakfast is included, which... More

I stayed here for one night when traveling on business. I was in #9 (there are stairs, inside the doorway, that leads up to the 'room'). I loved that the rooms looked like 'home' and not a standard hotel room. The heating was great, the tv was large and new, the tea/coffee supplies with 'fancy' cups were nice. The bathroom/toilet... We stayed 1 night but you really need at least 2 nights in Launceston. It was nice, very central right in town and very nice breakfast (hot and cold). The only down side for us is that it was a little more like a hotel rather than a more personal B&B as there are several houses/units/rooms all together that are... More

We spent 2 nights at Fiona's B & B. We stayed in one of the 2 bedroom townhouses (#12) and were really happy with our choice of accommodation. It is 5 minutes from town, there is ample parking, free wifi and a great cooked breakfast is included in the rate. The townhouse was spacious, with a living area and kitchen... More

Five minutes walk from the centre of town, this B&B is excellent value. It is set back from the street so it is quiet and has plenty of parking spaces. My room was sparkling clean, comfortable and warm. Breakfast was good though let down by pretty ordinary coffee. Staff were friendly and helpful. I would happily stay here again.

Stayed 2 nights in unit 2. This property has real potential but feel it has become a little run down by owner of 7 years. The courtyard at our unit was a disgrace. . Would say has not been swept or any sort of maintenance in months. Noticed on another balcony area outdoor furniture table had rotted. Carpet needed cleaning... More

Really, this is good value for money and walking distance to the town centre. Cheeky little hill on way back at the accomodation itself. No welcome except a key in the envelope outside the office...was after 5 though. Lovely freshly cooked breakfast and local newspaper to mull over. Staff great. Very pleasant outlook from the breakfast room. Cleanliness was good.... More

What a great B & B, we were pleasantly surprised. We stayed in the Loft and we had a wonderful view of the city. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It is in town so very handy and easy walk to look around. We even walked to where we had dinner. We wished we could've stayed for another night.... More

I normally avoid bed and breakfast accommodation. I prefer the privacy of a hotel or apartment. I could not find such in Launceston so booked into Fiona's reluctantly. And am very glad I did. Fiona's is in fact a little mews arrangement with various types of accommodaton set around a quiet courtyard with plenty of parking, My room was a... More
