Very nice hotel with modern clean rooms. Staff pleasant and helpful. Unlike other peppers locations that i have stayed in this is just a hotel and not a resort. There is no one at the reception overnight between 11pm and 7am. more

This is a well situated, comfortable hotel with very well appointed, pleasant rooms, great service and a pretty good restaurant. We also stayed in another hotel in Launceston which was around the same price and also a chain, but the experience was nowhere near as good. more
