I have stayed at Seaport a number of times and would recommend the hotel to anyone wanting a central location, access to the boardwalk and classy, well appointed rooms. As a bonus you can be sure to have a fabulous bed, thoughtful mini-bar (including paracetamol and decent coffee) and good quality bathroom products. Rooms are always immaculately presented and welcoming.

I've just spent a week at Peppers Seaport Hotel and couldn't be happier. The staff were very friendly, hard working and helpful if I needed assistance. The room was spacious, clean and included all the extras. The views were sensational and it was very quiet. Peppers location is central to everything. I enjoyed the walk along the boardwalk to Cataract... More

Third time staying at Peppers Seaport - a great hotel in a great spot with friendly & helpful staff .. Restaurants onsite are of the highest quality, whilst breakfast downstairs is easy, relaxed and nice. It's an easy walk into town or to the football. The walk along the boardwalk to Cataract Gorge is a walk worth doing. Already looking... More

So lets find a 'nice' hotel in Launceston...... search was probably limited to 2 or 3 places, so we selected this one as it was close to the water and looked like there were a few cafes close by. Well lets say that not all cafes open the same hours during winter - why??? People still need coffee and food... More

We stayed here as part of the last leg of a Tasmanian wine tasting journey. It was without a doubt the least impressive hotel of our trip (we also stayed at the Henry Jones Art Hotel in Hobart and Saffire Freycinet in Coles Bay). I understand that future wine tours will stay at Quamby Estate, a location often used as... More

I stay at this hotel regularly for work and I must say I am always happy to stay here. Friendly staff, comfortable and well appointed rooms. Hotel facilities is everything a business traveler needs. Parking is also easy and reasonably priced. Great option if traveling to Launceston for work!

We were upgraded to possibly the best suite we have experienced by the most friendly staff, enjoyed a boardwalk stroll before dinner, enjoyed a light dinner meal at probably the best restaurant in Launie, to have our bubble burst by the very noisy traffic from Timber Jinkers, B double tip trucks and Street racers over the night exacerbated due to... The River view rooms are quiet, well appointed and the bed is very comfortable. The staff always helpful and welcoming. I had a little trouble connecting to the internet but the staff were helpful. There are some provisions in the room but there is a Restaurant of excellent quality attached. Breakfast , in the past, has also been good downstairs.... More

It's everything you expect a Peppers Hotel to be. Clean, quiet, comfortable beds, great hot water, well stocked and appointed. Staff were friendly and room service was great! The paid parking is a bit rude but I think that's a council thing not Peppers and it's only $8 a day.

A really nice place to stay. Staff are friendly and helpful. There are several places to eat nearby and it's not too far from city centre. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Beds were very comfy. Would stay here for longer next time - only had one night this trip.
