We really enjoyed our stay at Peppers Seaport Hotel. We stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment. The rooms were lovely and clean, the views from the window were spectacular and the location was as good as you could get with the view that you want. One disappointing element was that it didn't have it's own restaurant or proper room service.... More

We stayed two nights over Easter in a City View Studio which was very clean with a neutral colour scheme and modern decor. Room size was adequate for our stay although it might be advisable to book a one bedroom apartment if your stay is much longer. We did not have a problem with the City outlook or the Highway... More

We just stayed here at Easter - and hated every second of it. I should add that we are experienced travelers who don't mind roughing it - but didn't expect this experience for more than $300 a night. Despite paying exorbitant Easter prices, we were put in a room which looks directly onto the main highway that runs in and... More

The location was great! Central to the city, nice restaurants/cafes and Cataract Gorge. The reception staff were gorgeous, and rooms were perfect (clean, tidy, & very pleasant on arrival). We were very disappointed with the cleaning service provided to our room on the following two days. 2nd day; the young girl casually rolled in at 4pm (after asking for early... More

My husband and I spent a relaxing week in a one bedroom city view apartment. Our apartment was spacious, tastefully decorated and serviced daily. The location is absolutely ideal, close to many restaurants and a beautiful boardwalk. It is only a short stroll to the CBD and the Launceston Visitor Centre. The staff were most welcoming and attentive to our... More

My adult daughter and I stayed here for two nights on the way out to Cradle Mountain. The property is very unique as the river view overlooks a cement plant and rowing club while the front of the hotel overlooks a major noisy highway. There are condos with several restaurants scattered below the hotel on the river walk area. The hotel... More

Stayed in some really great places on our short holiday to Tassie. This is by far the most disappointing. We stayed for one night in a city view room. The photos you see on line are deceiving because as soon as you walk in you immediately feel claustrophobic, the room is tiny and is too cluttered with furniture. There is... More

Me and my dad decided to go to Launceston and my mum pointed out peppers was one if the best so we went there. When we arrived the service was really good but the room was quite small with only one bed when we wanted two the supervisor didn't really care and said that it was our own fault and... More

Travelled with 3 friends and was brilliant. A beautiful clean bright & spacious 2br apt, close to town, river and footy ground. Friendly and happy Staff couldn't do enough for us. We were never lacking for anything. There are restaurants bars and cafes close by. Cant wait to get back next year.

The room was ok (though we found rubbish under the table when we arrived) and welcome reception again was ok. Room service was ok and location also ok. Perhaps that was the problem....there was nothing special about this Peppers. Our room faced the main road and was above the garbages ...we know because we heard them being emptied early in... More
