Loved the decor.. Close to town. I stayed in the duchess room which had a cute flowers in the attic type room upstairs. John and Ann are very nice only unusual thing was being charged to my credit card without asking but I was fine with that as it saved me the hassle.

Spent 2 nights here in late September and was thoroughly pleased. Location was brilliant, and the apartment felt like I had stepped back in time, particularly the sitting room. Full facilities - kitchen and laundry included, as well as free wifi. My only negative was the shower rose over the spa bath, a tad awkward. Will definitely recommend to anyone

Our family of four stayed here for our two night visit to Launceston. We found the location was excellent for a walk into town ( 3 mins ) and to very good nearby restaurants. The owners provided a folder with restaurant recommendations and other tourist attractions which was helpful. We like period style accommodation, and this certainly fit the bill.... More
