Wonderful welcome from helpful staff, Phyllis, Anne and everybody. Beautiful rooms with every amenity one could imagine form fluffy bathrobes and slippers and welcome packs. This hotel is really lovely - the rooms are modern and clean with every convenience. The staff are helpful and friendly. The location is great, just a short walk from the city centre and across the road from Boag's Brewery. There is free parking. We got a good deal on wotif.com for one night.
