We arrived to find a lady motor cyclist shouting at a touch screen. We realised that this was the rather super-modern check-in system. It worked perfectly well for us, although using a mobile phone number for the lock code was a bit cumbersome. Inside it was really very nice, almost new. Very well fitted out, with a lot of kitchen... More

We chose this property after a 15 hour drive through the NT. It is by far the most comfortable I have stayed at in Mt Isa. Newly renovated, automated check-in (staffless), free toiletries, kitchenette, hot hot shower with fabulous water pressure and its just a few doors down from the highway so we can jump back on the road early.... We stumbled across this hotel on our travels, and were beyond surprised and pleased. The rooms are well laid out and spacious enough. Brand new styling, and an easy self serve check in. The placement of the air con is a bit off, but thats me clutching at the complaint straw. The rates are reasonable, and the hotel has laundry... More

After travelling 14 hours from Darwin to Mt Isa, we stayed overnight at Copper City Motel. Its a self check in using your mobile number(which could be changed at time of checking in)to get into your room. Coming in from Longreach it is on the right. Very comfortable, brand new rooms with a decent size fridge, stove etc. The beds... More

I stayed only one night at this hotel over a quick weekend visit to the Isa. Hotel was chosen from a review of comments on Tripadvisor and also on aprice comparison for the night I needed to stay. Booking was easy and confirmation sent straight away Confirmation sent a couple of days before arrival with details on check-in etc Checking... More

Clean near and tidy... Just been refurbished and was nice to come to after a hot days work. Recommend for anyone on business. One concept you need to understand is the unmanned reception, this hotel is computer run keyless entry. Nice stay for a Business trip

Stayed here overnight...the motel has been refurbished and is nice though is not close to town and very isolated so you need to have a car. It also has check-in by entering your information in on a check-in booth, and I had to enter my information 5 times as it keep on saying that the room was not ready...then I... More

Hi Sandy thanks for your review and great to see you enjoyed our nice rooms and rated our cleanliness the highest. We are one of the closer motels to town and there are 4 other motels further away from town on our street than we are located. Unfortunately you tried to check in before our very early check in time... More

Stayed three nights late January 2015. Great room, kitchenette and facilities very easy to use. Air con great, the temp was over 40 degrees Celsius during the day. The booking and check in system was great, easy to use, very efficient (and I do not profess to be a technology lover, would much rather go to a counter and talk... More

I arrived and was taken aback by the fact it was a motel with no reception. The rooms looked dark. But that was all as the experience is the best I have had in a motel in Mount Isa. The rooms were modern and clean. AND soundproof. Best sleep ever. The reception staff via the intercom and interactive screen was... More

This place is ideal for a person visiting Mt Isa for work but for us as a couple on holiday it was too cramped, the description " capsule living" comes to mind. Having said that it is brand spanking new and well furnished and equipped. Outside is just concrete and a strip of grass and next door is a noisy... More
