For a "luxury" apartment, you can't leave rubbish in the BIN in the apartment, nor can you leave dirty dishes. There is a $50 surcharge for this. You are given only one set of toiletries, this is NOT refreshed during the stay - AT ALL. For near on $300 a night, I'd stay elsewhere for better "service".

we recently checked out of Lanai apartments Mackay, great apartment with a room with a view of the river and close to everything, very clean and well maintained. Emma and the reception staff were so friendly and accommodating would stay there again in a heart beat,good value for money.
