We attended a family wedding - the package included standard hotel room accommodation. These rooms are adequate, with all the basic requirements for a comfortable stay. The standout features for the wedding were the grounds and venue generally, and the first class food and service at the Fireplace Restaurant within the Hotel. The hotel is the only accommodation close to... More

My partner and I went to the Hyatt to get away for a couple of days and we absolutely loved it !! The grounds and the pools are beautiful. We had a great room lookin gout over the pool which I would definately recommend. We relaxed on the Friday, I went to the spa and had a hot stone massage... More

Was here for a conference for 3 days. Good service. They even offered to follow-up on us getting ripped off by the taxi van from Brisbane Airport ($350 which was about double what it should have been). It was cool so the pools weren't being used. Food at the pool bar was good. Breakfast was expensive ($28 for continental) but... More

I stayed at the Hyatt on business so was only really looking for a place to rest in between gigs. However, the place was a really pleasant surprise - really friendly young staff, good food, great grounds, nice facilities, and even a couple of local kangaroos bouncing by. The internet cost $24 for 24 hours which, though I resent having... More

Here for a conference and the staff were all helpful and friendly, food was well cooked but there was nothing 'amazing' or standout about our stay. Everything was good. More

I recommend the Hyatt for a conference but check whether the heating or cooling system will be used or whether attendees will enjoy fresh air so that people can plan what to wear and be comfortable. More

This resort is typical of the Hyatt's, spacious, spread out amongst vast garden areas which are immaculately maintained. This creates the ambience of privacy and being hidden away amongst nature. Very peaceful. The resort in general is very comfortable and the lobby area has a really nice feel with very comfortable seating. There are a range of eating and drinking... More

We were at the hotel for a wedding reception, which was amazing, and great because we got to stay there. We were ferried from our rooms to the reception pavilion and back. Late check out the next morning and fabulous breakfast included!! Wonderful, lavish experience. More

We had a two night stay here from April 14th - 16th, I probably would rate it a bit better than average. I upgraded the room to be closer to the pool when I checked it which cost an additional $40 au a night. I paid around $250 au a night for a room with two queen beds which was... More

I was so happy to hear that you and your family still enjoyed our resort and the lagoon pool - even in the rain! I thank you for your constructive feedback, and will assure you that these comments will be passed onto our Management team for review.
