Comfortable room for business stay, furniture is at strange angles. Nice views, Lovely Lagoon pool that was too cold to use given the weather, Professional and attentive staff, Just one gripe: Firestone restaurant do not do roomservice, and the roomservice menu is just plain boring! more

We had a fantastic time at the Hyatt Regency Sanctuary Cove. The staff are friendly and very helpful. The facilities are second to none. We especially enjoyed the lagoon. Breakfasts daily were something to look forward to with everything you can imagine. The hotel caters for familys and the Kids Club is great. We will definately be back. more

My husband and I spent 3 nights at this hotel over new year. We were very disappointed for the following reasons: 1. We booked a Queenslander Suite @ AUD$600/night. The room was tired (as was most of the hotel) without any views whatsoever. To us, it was overpriced for the standard it provided. 2. All residents of Sanctuary Cove are... more

This is a very comfortable hotel if you are abled bodied. Great facilities, two pools and all the amenities expected of a 5 star hotel. Looking a little tired though and in need of some updating. Staff are helpful in the main. Set meal at christmas was disappointing, still hungry afterwards, not enough veg, turkey a bit dry. Staff failed... more

We spent the weekend at the Hyatt in November. Booked a club room at a good price & were upgraded to a suite at check-in which was much appreciated - the suite was a great size & well furnished. We ate at all three of the hotel outlets - The Fireplace food is fantastic, pool bar was fine - the... more

My partner and I stayed here for 1 night after a long day at a local theme park. The hotel is far away from the craziness of Surfers Paradise which is exactly what we wanted. While the village (only 1 min walk away) has great resturants and shops, it is small and there isn't much to do for those on... more

What a shame - such a lovely resort but staff are hopeless. Staffing mostly consists of young people who have no common sense and just don't care. Pools and landscaping are beautiful. Rooms are clean - nothing special but very comfortable. Definately not a 5 staff resort. Try the Sheraton Mirage or Palazzo Versace instead. more

My husband and I stayed 4 nights at the Hyatt Sanctuary Cove and thought it was a great resort. The resort is looking a little dated, and caters mostly for a conference crowd. However, we still had a great time. The lagoon pool is beautiful, although not heated, and the heated pool was not heated due to maintenance which was... more

We stayed at this property for one night to attend a function at The Grange and found good rates via a special on the Hyatt website. The property was beautiful and our lagoon view room indeed had a lovely view across the pools and lagoon. The room and bathroom were spacious, comfortable and clean. We experienced polite, friendly and helpful... more

Having recently returned from a conference at the Hyatt I can only stress my dissappointment from the management when we reported our camera missing. It was accidentely left in the golf bugger however some ten minutes later upon return it was gone. We were assured it would turn up which it did not. We had to chase the management for... more
