We had a fantastic time at the Hyatt Regency Sanctuary Cove. The staff are friendly and very helpful. The facilities are second to none. We especially enjoyed the lagoon. Breakfasts daily were something to look forward to with everything you can imagine. The hotel caters for familys and the Kids Club is great. We will definately be back. more

What a shame - such a lovely resort but staff are hopeless. Staffing mostly consists of young people who have no common sense and just don't care. Pools and landscaping are beautiful. Rooms are clean - nothing special but very comfortable. Definately not a 5 staff resort. Try the Sheraton Mirage or Palazzo Versace instead. more
