I expected a room with a view got a room that faced a car park next to a noisy laundry. Room clean but so depressing. Meal that evening was so ordinary & I think came straight from the freezer. I would never go back to eat or stay there the only thing it had going for it was the view... More

Stopped for lunch and were delighted in the view overlooking the Gold Coast. Bistro lunch easy and no problem with gluten free. Two lots of fish and chips (1xGF) a cider and beer cost around $50. Busy but no problem with sitting outside as plenty of tables

We were pleasantly surprised by our room. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable with amazing views. We stayed in the Japanese themed room and it was quite lovely. Spa bath was pristine, roomy and a welcome extra that we did not anticipate using prior to our visit. Food is a little over priced and (as others have stated) rather... More

Firstly, naming it a resort is misleading. It was comparable to motels Ive stayed at. We stayed in the Bridal suite. Was very underwhelmed by the room. First time we filled the spa up the water was tinged brown! Was not an inviting sight. Im guessing was due to rusty water pipes maybe as by the 3rd fill the water... More

Went for lunch, not as nice as website makes out, view is fantastic. Food is ok and priced to included the view. I would have liked a better quality, no so frozen food based. Service was efficient and friendly, looks to be a good young family spot

My second visit here & again the food was below par for the prices charged. My pasta dish was tasteless and luke warm for the special of the day. Chips in the other meal were cold. Disappointing meals, disappointing glass of wine. Only the view and garden make for a worthwhile visit. Management really need to pick up their game... More

After attending a simply wonderful wedding ceremony and reception in July at the Eagle Heights Mountain Resort, we stayed the night in an upstairs room. The rooms are not new but very clean and comfortable and massive in size which was much appreciated when family and friends popped in to visit. We could not fault the staff as nothing was... More

Fantastic views of the Gold Coast from Mount Tambourine, Fantastic and affordable food a great bar and helpful friendly staff. The Executive suite was lovely and has an inside spa with a view, I would definitely stay there again.

A bunch of us stayed over a four day period, mostly booked the entire place out for a special occasion. Some had standard rooms while others had executive suits. Nothing executive about them except for the price!!! $490 aud for 2 nights! We had just stayed at the Hilton in queenstown Nz and that wasn't even that much. Food was... More

Thank you for your review. Sorry to hear that your peace and enjoyment was disturbed by others. The resort is a very popular place for local visitors for lunch on Sunday. On Occasion we host bike and car clubs. Most guests staying enjoy the fun and festivities of old cars. However I can understand if you did not enjoy the... More
