I LOOOOVVEEE THIS PLACE!! It was so good I became a member. The staff were great, the meals excellent, the views amazing and will definitely be coming back on a regular basis. The spa bath was fantastic with views back to the coast - the skyline back to the Gold Coast at sunset and in particular the following morning at... More

We stayed in the bridal suite as it was the only vacancy and were sprayed with brown algae when we turned the spa on. We cleaned off in the shower instead. Just hope it doesn't happen to a young couple on their honeymoon as it would be very upsetting and dissapointing. Spa baths should be cleaned and sanitised after each... More

The problem with the spa is due to the Resort being on tank water. The Maintenance team went up and flushed out the pipes after your departure. We will contact you shortly to arrange a thank you gift. More

My wife and I were part of a group of 22 who stayed at this hotel for a Christian Conference over the Queen's Birthday weekend in 2014. We could not speak highly enough about the helpful and courteous attitude of all staff. They all went out of their way to give the best service possible and to make our stay... More

In a nutshell the views a absolutely fantastic but the price of the food here is daylight robbery. Order a kids burger meal and you'll get the same quantity as an adult burger at half the price. No Joke. We could have halved our bill to $40 for the family of four by all getting kids burgers which were exactly... More

Took family for a mountain meal. Food and service were terrible, some staff were drunk in an outside bar and loud and rude. Food was frozen from the freezer and my kids wouldn't even eat it. Left prior to finishing meal as the place was so bad. Don't know who owns it but the place needs a manager.

Unfortunately this place has never improved over the many years it has been here. The food is so overpriced and our Caesar salad was $17 plus $7.50 for added chicken and $7.50 for added avocado. It presented so well we were excited but something didn't smell right. It was the chocked. We shed to see if it was the cajun... More

The food was average and very over priced. Service was terrible, lack of staff for a Easter Saturday and to top it off our party was abused by the obnoxious and rude manager Adam. Will never go to this place again.

On our visit with over 35 guests we received some Bad Food (some of us received nothing at all) followed by Bad Service from a Very Bad Manager who was fully supported by a Extremely Bad Owner. The only thing of quality we received was the Awesome Abuse by these Disgustingly Bad so called Hospitality Professionals... It's a Very Bad... More

We stayed here for 6 nights late Feb- early March 2014. The staff were so friendly and could not do enough for us. Nothing was too much trouble. After 4 nights we asked if we could upgrade for the last 2 nights into a themed room which had a spa. That was arranged immediately. We were able to use the... More
