We had stayed at the Eagle Heights resort last September and had been very impressed with the staff in all areas and the service. This visit however was very different. The views are stunning and the room was extremely clean but very cold. We noticed that there was not a remote control for the air conditioner so rang reception. The... More

We got of the plane is Brisbane picked up the hire car and drove straight up to the Resort, we were greeted by Nick, booked in glass of wine, beer and a menu all sorted in a manor of moments, outstanding customer service. The view was gorgeous from the resort and we also saw the hot air balloons in the... More

First time at Mt Tamborine, driving around looking for spots to have lunch and drove into Eagles Heights. Had a full parking lot and knew it was a local favourite and wasn't disappointed. Ordered lunch & drinks and we sat at the Beer Garden, the popular area! Really large and well maintained, great for hosting large events and weddings. Even... More

We visited for lunch on a Tuesday afternoon specifically for the views. The resort caters for weddings and the outdoor dining area was lovely. We ordered very quickly as it wasn't too busy and it took about 20-30 minutes for it to come out. The food that we chose (Chicken Parmigiana and The Tamborine Chicken Burger) was fairly average, reasonably... More

My sister and I chose this wonderful venue to celebrate our double wedding! Eagle Heights Resort was truly the perfect venue. The staff set it up beautifully! And were extremely helpful our entire visit. Our families came and stayed for 3 nights in the beautifully themed rooms. Everything ran very smoothly and the food was absolutely delicious! We look forward... More

I had a dinner date here last night and found the place beautiful. Our meals came out but half way through found out they were not cooked properly. The staff were excellent in rectifying the issue and gave us a refund (with no question/fight) and offered us a free meal. As I was halfway through my main o was bloated... More

Just had a weekend here for our wedding, and the service provided was outstanding, led by a gentleman named Nick. He really couldn't do enough for us. All staff members were extremely friendly, helpful and absolutely nothing was too much trouble, everyone went out of there way to make sure we had a memorable weekend. The resort has an area... Stayed at this hotel for a 4 day creative workshop and found the facilities provided were very good. The staff were very helpful and obliging nothing was any trouble for them. The meals during my stay were good and would rate as the upper end for 'pub grub'. My main comment would be the main reception bar and dining areas... More

I expected a room with a view got a room that faced a car park next to a noisy laundry. Room clean but so depressing. Meal that evening was so ordinary & I think came straight from the freezer. I would never go back to eat or stay there the only thing it had going for it was the view... More

Stopped for lunch and were delighted in the view overlooking the Gold Coast. Bistro lunch easy and no problem with gluten free. Two lots of fish and chips (1xGF) a cider and beer cost around $50. Busy but no problem with sitting outside as plenty of tables
