Travelling from Victoria to cairns, we have stayed in low end budget motels that are 10 times more luxurious than this hole! Stained bedsheets, BLOOD on the phone, worst shower/bathroom, dirty walls, exfoliating sheets, unlockable doors, horrendous decor, astronomical prices. Gladstone is the launching point to get to Heron Island. We didn't spend too much time there. The motel was comfortable and the price was fair. The location was convenient to the airport and the Ferry. I would stay again.
