Myself and my daughter were staying gladstone for only one night. I booked this motel without even seeing it because it was half the price lf many others here!! When we arrived we were greeted by a lovely lady at the front desk! She was lovely and polite. Our room was exceed our expectations by a LONG HAUL!!! (; for... More

I only stayed for one night but I found this motor inn quite nice. It was quiet, clean and comfortable and smelled nice and clean too. It was in a really good location close to shops and city centre. There's no restaurant but lady on reception was friendly and gave directions to nearby food locations.

I stayed here on Christmas Night after spending Christmas Day with my mother in a local nursing home. I knew I would arrive late and leave very early Boxing Day to drive back to Brisbane in time to work in the afternoon. In view of all this I didn't want to spend a lot of money on accommodation and Gladstone... More

This hotel was extremely disappointing.... for the money paid I did not expect anything glamorous, but i did expect something clean. There were ants running along the breakfast bench and up the wall... when I went to have a shower the shower head constantly kept dropping down on me and i had to tighten it repeatedly until finally i could... Gladstone is a difficult city to get value for money accommodation, especially during the working week. The room we had at the Siesta Villa Motor Inn was showing it's age but was clean and comfortable. The owners are very welcoming and helpful. The road at the front is quite busy during the day but quietens down during the night. The... More

This was my first visit to Gladstone and I was presently surprised at how conveniently placed this motel was in town. Shops, bars and sports club all within walking distance. The room was upstairs and I was delighted to see that there was a balcony with sliding doors overlooking a park with a view. The room was spacious with a... More

After reading the previous post I admit to being very apprehensive but still thought it may be worth trying. I wasn't disappointed Even though they were fully booked and turning away enquirers and we were running late to get there and not contactable. The staff still honored our original phone booking (unpaid) and held our room. Travelers may not be aware... More

Traveling through Australia stopped in Gladstone for the night. Big mistake! The town is having a coal mining boom and we found the last room available at the Siesta Villa. It's rated a 3 star. They wanted $220.00 for a single queen. Outrageous. But we were willing to pay that because we had no choice and the next nearest town... More
