$24 unpowered site for two. Older amenities and facilities but clean and tidy. New owner or manager as from early August. Friendly and helpful Reception. Good hot showers. Playground, Pool, Camp Kitchen with gas cooktops as well as standard BBQ. Didn't use laundry so can't comment on that. Good for an overnight stay if you don't need all the frills.

Lots of permenant residents and pot dealers. If you want food go to town. Shop closes on weekend sat and sunday bit like the... More

We stayed for a night while we went to mon repos. Cabins are very sparse but clean, as was the bedding. Management were lovely, and upgraded us to an aircon room free of charge. Clearly for the price, your not expecting the hilton, and it suits the requirement of having a place to sleep. The shared bathroom area is quite... More

spent two nights, owner is making this park a nice place to stay, cabins are good value for money and the convenience store is well equipped. Good nights sleep and no noise from park only occasional road buzz. Will definitely stay again with family.

We stayed here in August, nobody in the office as we arrived late in the evening, so with no reply to the phone we pitched up that night and stayed! Good thing we are honest as it would have been too easy to just leave next morning without paying. The bathroom amenities were lovely and clean, totally fine place to... More

Had read some bad reviews but decided to stay for the cheap price and found the reviews to be unrepresentative of my experience. Staff were easy-going and the value for money was very good. Recommend for those on a budget.

Management response:

Sorry you did not enjoy your stay. None of our budget rooms or motel rooms have cooking facilities as is stated on our site, so no there are no cooking tools. We do however have a camp kitchen. It is stated that we are 5 km approx from the main CBD & 1.5 km from Sugarland shopping centre. By your... More

We booked through wotif.com and this place looked on paper to be another great caravan park. This time we chose to stay in a "cabin", where we'd usually just rent a tent site and camp. The cabin was anything but! A demountable box with an air con that didn't work, dirty inside with a constant invasion of ants, this was... More

Management response:

Very sorry you didn't enjoy your stay. This is no excuse for you not having an enjoyable time but I had only taken over as owner in April 2011. The lady I had managing for me at that time is now also gone & it has been challenging experience for me as operating owner/manager. I agree that some of the... More
