Cheap accommodation with pros and cons. The restaurant and the room look nice, probably refurbished not long ago. The bathroom is a bit older and so the air conditioner (but it works well). Good wifi and continental breakfast included (although it is just for one hour, from 7.30 to 8.30??). Very kind staff. It is not close enough to town... More

I have read the reviews on this Motel and cannot agree with them, we are here for a week during their peak time, Tamworth donna.maree43@bigpond.comCountry Music Festival and cannot agree with these comments. Whist staying here breakfast was complimentary, a lovely cereal , juice, coffee/tea and toast. Whilst having breakfast this chap leaves a table and comes up to us... More

Stayed overnight here driving back after visiting Mum in Brisbane. Room was clean and nice, lots of children around, sounds like they were enjoying their stay. There is free wifi but it was not working. No big problem as I could use my hotspot but there may be a technical fault that needs looking at. I will probably stay again... More

after camping for a few days on our NSW road trip the heavy rain as we entered Tamworth made finding a motel an easy decision...we paid $119 for 4 people in a pleasant room with queen and 2 singles...tv/microwave/toaster...all clean and tidy so all happy there...wife even managed to wash/dry a load of clothes (free)...location on river is good and... The Indians running the place are nice enough but it's old. The air conditioner looked like it haven't been cleaned since the 80's and don't bother even thinking about eating at the restaurant, no one else does! Keep driving and find somewhere else.

As owner my skin is white. Would question your comments as racist. As for restaurant, how can you comment when you didn't eat there !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have wasted my time going through all rooms checking air conditioners, not one dirty, so assume cowardly response and note that you hide behind a pretend name rather than real name, if you had... Clean, simple, dated but perfect for a brief stay. Had everything we needed and cheapest we could find. No complaints from us - some noise from the road in one of the front rooms we stayed in but I knew that going in. Reception staff were very polite - didn't try the food so can't comment on the quality there.... More

As overnight visitors to Tamworth we had not realised that there was a major event in the region and we were very limited in our choices of a motel. Most motels were fully booked. In the circumstances price was certainly attractive but now we know why! We had booked a "Queen Room" but as we arrived and booked in, for reasons... More

Haven't responded to this as had decide would not bother responding to lies anymore. After reading one this morning decide to reply to this. Lets get a few facts here. Not sure about the room situation, if a wrong key was handed over then this could have been fixed by coming back to reception. This would appear to be our... More

My husband and I stayed two nights at this hotel. Our room was nicely appointed behind the main building, shielding us from the noise of the Armidale Road. The room was nicely furnished and pleasantly surprised to find a microwave and toaster. The bathroom looked a little tired, however, there was plenty of hot water - lovely on a cold... More

The cheapest place I could find in Tamworth besides the pub or a caravan park. $89. Straight forward check in. The sheets were gorgeous and the same as I'd find at more expensive places. OK, so the pillows were lumpy and the shower didn't have pressure, but for the price it was better than expected. Being on the highway I... More
