This place is pure filth, make sure you vaccinations are up to date if you stay here. Also bring your own personnel security guard as the one on duty the night we were there tried stealing stuff out of our car.

We camped in a powered site over a very busy weekend in October (there was a triathlon on). The sites are quite small but we were able to fit our camper trailer, annex and car comfortably. The amenities are very old, and while we were there were not maintained very well. Lots of mud and toilet paper over the floor... More

First of all....The location is superb!!! Cabins could use a bit of updating and a larger sofa in the living space--a 2-seater doesnt cut it for comfort or functionality. Beds were just ok...not overly comfortable. The entry gate failed a few times so we had to go to the office and ask them to lift it. Luckily this happened during... More

Stayed one night. 27th January 2015. Not to many people there at the time we went. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Cabin a bit dated but still enjoyed the peace and quiet and the strolls along the water. Lovely fresh air. Listening to the waves is very relaxing. Would definitely go back.

Stayed here for two nights early January, was a busy park, but very close to everything. When we arrived the pool was certainly very busy even though it was raining lightly. The cabin we had was right on the foreshore so we were entertained on the Saturday night with a band that set up out side the fence, bonus. The... More

My family and I stayed at this place for 3 nights and 4 days and I thought it was alright. Though in saying that I read the reviews on here and expected the absolute worse. However, it wasn't as bad as I thought. We stayed at Cabins 131, 132, 133 and 135 and the conditions of the rooms varied from... More

We stayed on a powered site over the Australia Day long weekend and after not having stayed here for several years we found the park very run down and in bad need of some TLC. The grass wasn't cut, the ammenities are very tired, the roads are all potholed and the general tidiness of the park lacked. The location is... More

We camped here over NYE as a last minute getaway. We we told the site would be 8x12 but I really doubt that it was any bigger than 7x10. We had 2 trees in our site which although they provided shade, also impacted where we could set our gear up making the space smaller again. The facilities were great, they... More

we satyed in a spa riverside cabin, we walked in and it absolutely stunk! All surfaces were sticky, food on rusted dining chairs, lounge sticky and stained, sheets stained and hairy! Pubic hairs all through bathroom and as for the spa well when i turned it on brown crap filled the whole spa! I had to disinfect and scrub the... More

We have been coming for 20 years for 2 weeks each January with our family and the only reason we keep coming back is the location and the people we meet up with each year. Being right on the Breakwall and able to walk to the beach and to shops and restaurants is a huge plus however there is going... More
