We were driving home from Surfers with the kids and needed somewhere to stay for the night. I googled Port Macquarie and this came up, it was going to be after 8pm when we were coming into Port and it was pouring rain so I rang & booked a room for 2 adults and 2 kids. We were charged $120... More

Stayed here for one night with my boyfriend on our way home on Gold Coast. It seems like a good location, although to be honest we didn't really explore much as it was just a sleep over. Importantly it was very close to Dominos pizza and was easy to find which was a very important factor at the time. Only... More

Lovely lovely man at reception very helpful. It is a motel so you get what you pay and since we didn't pay much we can't complain too much. Still happy enough, it had air con which was a blessing. Bar fridge and kettle. Water pressure was shocking. Again the best thing about it was definitely the lovely gentleman at reception.

As motels go it was clean and tidy although a little tired looking and dated. On the plus side the bed was comfy, there were towels provided and it had a TV and air con. A little close to the road for a brilliant night's sleep, but no major problems.

Perfect for a stopover on the way to/from Sydney. It had great free Wi-Fi and was reasonably close to the town centre. The entrance / exit is a deceptively steep ramp so no matter how slow you drive you'll score your car bumper off the ground. Didn't appreciate the knock at the door at 9:40 for "room service". No bowls... More

Very friendly and helpful manager. Likes to give advices about the area and thing to do there. The room was clean and the wifi works. Even the tv has enough channels to fall asleep easily. ;) so all good enough for the price. It was 80 $

We stayed for 3 nights on our way to gold coast. Tea coffee making wasn't filled daily and the room wasn't cleaned either. for $80 each day there are better places and the parking was very congusted. free wifi was hopeless as there was no signal.

The Manager actually told us it is cheaper to book online. Friendly staff, clean rooms, good value for money. Close to town. About 10 minutes to Freeway which gone as after 8 hours on the road the last thing you want is semi's flying past your door. Stayed twice, would not hesitate to stay again.

Don't forget ask for services, appliances. Onsite parking is available but gets crowded. Average distance from city centre and other Supermarkets. No balconies which seems to be a drawback. Overall a good place to stay for tight budget travelers.

My husband and I stayed en route to Sydney. I really liked the small, old-fashioned feel of the place. The room was small, clean and quiet. The pillows weren't great but it was just for a night and the price was comparatively cheap. The bathroom reminded me of boarding school, all grey tiled and functional without any charm. There are...
