Constantly asked 'who are you?'. Watched till my partner and I left the 'resort' for 5 minutes and locked the gate so we couldn't get back in. Hopeless owners. Terrible service, stayed for a few days and room was never cleaned or checked. Arrived at 5pm and room was still dirty. Had to wait 30 mins for her to clean... More

No way to pretty this up. Balustrade on one side of the balcony had a cracked glass waiting for someone to walk into and really get hurt. Balustrade on the other side was held by one screw. No shampoo in the dispenser which was covered in mould. No cover on the inside ceiling light. Smoke alarm with contents missing. Alerted... More

Nice and clean room. We actually had a cabin which I believe is a recent addition so near new condition.. However, no service during our 3 nights stay, though they state the rooms will be serviced after second night. Close to Port M's beaches but no views... Value for money as it is the only sub-500 accommodation I can find... More

We stayed at T's for two nights and pretty much got what we expected. We had read reviews previously and knew it was a little further out than was convenient and that there were cockroaches (we only came across one on our room). The cabins were clean enough, double bed, fresh sheets, television and the bathrooms were clean too. There's... More

Stayed in the Economy Single. I was travelling and just wanted a place to crash. For $50 you can't expect much, but it is as advertised, a basic but clean room. Well positioned and close to all the standard facilities.

I'm confused by some of the other reviews. We ended up at T's after I stuffed up our booking in Tuncurry and we decided to go a bit further to get a head start on the run home the next day. Trying to book last minute accommodation for 5 can be difficult and a cabin at T's was the only... More

Everywhere else was booked out over the Xmas - New Years period so we ended up here. The resort is a mess and the room we stayed in (nothing like a 'cabin' as advertised) was a brightly lit tiny shoe box. There was putrid water outside the building on the grass - a big puddle of stinking water with mosquitoes... More

Well, where to start... If hell exists on earth, it is at T's Tennis. We booked this because nothing else was available. Maybe we should have slept under a bridge instead? No air con, no pillow slips, no towels, bed not made, ridiculous exit sign lit up in room, worst night sleep I've ever had in a "hotel", the fan... More

They gave me a room at short notice. The room was basic, no air con, ceiling fan broken, hole in fly screen. I really needed a sleep but it was too hot and there were no pillow cases. Some time after I asked, some damp pillow cases were brought, obviously just out of the dryer. The guy agreed the ceiling... More

It started with exceptional service from the first phone call to book a room to the moment we left the next morning. The room was excellent, large, very clean and all for a very low price. And from the extensive activity options I saw, I can only imagine what fun a family could have during a longer stay. What a... More
