I asked for an early check in at 12 noon - and I got it - excellent. This was the cleanest hotel that I have ever been in. The internet was very very fast and free. I really enjoyed the spa on level one,the jets were very strong and the pool refreshing. Great location. Fantastic soft mattress. Great big shower... More

The resort is in a great location and generally very well kept. Staff friendly and helpful. The rooms were in good condition and clean (exception to this was the main bed, old mattress with hole in it and broken spring poking out. It was repaired quickly but really should be replaced). I was surprised how big the 2nd bedroom was,... More

very disappointed. People above so noisy. Sounds of kids. Sounds of heavy breathing and one of don't stop yes yes and a scream. Not worth cost. Try ridges. It's better Car park was ok. Lifts so slow. Pitty there was not 4. Breakfeast not offered either.

When I read reviews of other travellers, what astounds me of are the things people complain about which are outside the norms of reality! I mean people complaining about road noise, or bird life or having to cross the 'not so busy' Clarence Street to get to the beach, or a lack of an oven, I mean really people stay... More

We have been coming here for 25 years. It has been refurbished a number of times, most recently last year. Maintenance keeps this place operating at a high standard. The staff are friendly and helpful. We always enjoy our stay and will continue coming back.

Once again we had another terrific week at Port Pacific The apartments have been refurbished again as has the adults only area on level 9 (except for the parents of children that allow their kids to use that area in particular the spa and have no regard for other guests and the rules and regulations) - staff in all departments... Just spent a week with the hubby on level 9 it was gorgeous had an amazing view could have seen the sunrise if we got up early enough. Loved how close everything was. Love how simple the room was. The bathroom was magnificent huge shower we had two bathrooms in the suite which was a little perplexing. The lounges were... More

To be fair, this was the least expensive option of its kind in the central Port area, and the apartments are large at this price. On the other hand, it must be said plainly: this place is cheap, ugly, plain, boring, and soulless. The furnishings and decor throughout are a sort of "penitentiary lite" - almost industrial in style, as... More

Spent two nights in a one bedroom apartment with wife and two kids. Apartment on first inspection was quite good. Nice and simple with little kitchen, modern enough and comfortable. Kids slept on sofa bed, mattress on sofa bed was terrible, you could feel every spring and pole of sofa bed through mattress, luckily kids very light and young so... More

We have been holidaying in Port Macquarie off and on for years. We have stayed at a few different places but Port Pacific is our favourite. It is in a great location, easy walk to beach, breakwater and shops and the apartments are large and comfortable. The units have been refurbished and the common areas are very well maintained. Nice... More
