Second occasion we have stayed at this place and although recently renovated, the hotel is starting to show signs of age. The hallways are in a need of a clean and the exterior looks worn and out of date. Rooms are quite comfortable with all mod-cons, but exterior windows require glazing as it is quite noisy.

Hi, it was quite a shock to us on our first night at PPM that we were sharing our relaxing holiday with the company of a rather large group ( 50 rooms of the 72 available ) with team members of an event held in Port Macquarie each year. Now these people have every right to stay here and make... More

This was a pleasant place to stay, the staff were pretty good (but there is always one)! The best part about this place is the location, almost right in the middle of town. The apartments are spacious and have all the basics, balconies are great and Foxtel is good for when things are quiet. Good parking and close to lots... More

Good secure undercover parking - at no cost! Greeted by friendly and helpful staff. Then the surprise - a nice big apartment and extremely clean. Furniture was comfortable. Kitchen had all that you need. Nice central location to shops and beach etc. Security was great!

The resort is within walking distance to shops, restaurants, attractions and probably everything you might need on holiday. We were in a two bedroom unit which seemed recently renovated. It was very spacious with two full bathrooms, a kitchen, large lounge/dining area and lots of balcony space. The spa on the roof is lovely and the view amazing. The whole... More

I've stay here on 2 occasions during October, each time the staff were helpful .The units are very clean and look like they've been refurbish , great for family's , close to shops , and walking tracks .Pool and play area looks a little dated ,easy access to secure parking .Had breakfast once ,very basic .

We have stayed here on a number of occasions. Since our last visit the Port Pacific has been refurbished and what a change that has made. The colour scheme is great and the whole place is extremely clean and tidy. The view from the adults area on the roof is the perfect way to end the day with a spa,... More

I asked for an early check in at 12 noon - and I got it - excellent. This was the cleanest hotel that I have ever been in. The internet was very very fast and free. I really enjoyed the spa on level one,the jets were very strong and the pool refreshing. Great location. Fantastic soft mattress. Great big shower... More

The resort is in a great location and generally very well kept. Staff friendly and helpful. The rooms were in good condition and clean (exception to this was the main bed, old mattress with hole in it and broken spring poking out. It was repaired quickly but really should be replaced). I was surprised how big the 2nd bedroom was,... More

very disappointed. People above so noisy. Sounds of kids. Sounds of heavy breathing and one of don't stop yes yes and a scream. Not worth cost. Try ridges. It's better Car park was ok. Lifts so slow. Pitty there was not 4. Breakfeast not offered either.
